"The priest said to Daniel and me, 'You may now kiss the Bride.' Oh, as if that jerk would actually kiss me! I glanced at the wedding witnesses; they were all smiling, anticipating the kiss the priest mentioned. Daniel leaned close and whispered, 'You, fatty! You think I'd kiss you?! Dream on, you're on your own.' he said under his breath. Annoyed, I grabbed his face and kissed him on the cheek. People laughed, probably thinking we were just joking around. Yeah, right. Daniel and I are not in love. This is just an arrangement. Annoying! I looked at Daniel again; he was glaring at me. Ha! As if I'm scared of him! Mark my words, I will never fall for you! We're just married on paper, you jerk... "I never expected that I'm going to fall in love with him. But I just did, with so much pain. I thought my love was enough to erase her from his heart and life. But I failed. I'm just taken for granted." "I love her so much, and I don't know what I'm going to do if I lose her. She's my everything, the real meaning of my happiness. And whenever I look into her eyes, I see what forever means."

Chapter 1 1

"Annoying. Annoying. Really annoying >.<" I muttered to myself while getting ready for school.

I still can't believe I'm married at the age of 18. To think that I'm stuck with a guy I can't even get along with -___-"

This is really a bad turn for life.

So frustrating.

It's because of Mom and Dad. Hay! I don't know why they even considered such things. I can't take it. I don't want to be called the black sheep of our family >.<

I've been married for a week now. A week of enduring the sight of that guy. Thankfully, even though we live in the same house, we still have some privacy.

I will never like this arrogant guy!! Over my dead sexy body. Hahaha

After fixing myself, I stepped out of my room to eat and head to school.

I suddenly looked at Daniel, who was eating in the kitchen.

"WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT AGAIN?!" Wow, talk about starting the day off with high blood.

"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!" I shouted back at him.

I opened the fridge to get some juice and bread.

Then I took a bite of the bread.

"Yuck! No grace at all, ever!" he said as he slammed his glass on the table. "I'm leaving!" Go ahead. As if I care.

"Whatever," I said to him.

"Oh, by the way!" he added before leaving the door. "Don't talk to me at school. If you have something to say, just text me. I don't want them to know we're acquainted. Understand?!"

"As if I want them to know I know you. Just leave, you ugly thing!" I said, turning my back on him.

"HAHAHAH! Don't finish all the food in the fridge. You're such a pig!" he said before running out. He knows the flying chairs will chase him.

What a jerk. Calling me a pig.

I suddenly held my hips.

"I'm not a pig, right?" I said, touching my arms. "My arms are just right!"

That guy's face is really thick.

It would be satisfying to see Lolong slap him and disappear from the world.

After eating, I left to go to school.

Yes. We don't go together.

Just as he said, I shouldn't acknowledge him.

We treat each other like strangers, or should I say, like we never existed in this world.

At ST. JAMES ACADEMY.

"Really, bes? Does he treat you like that?" Bea couldn't believe what I was telling her about how Daniel and I treat each other at home.

"Yeah, bes. That's how I treat him too. He's so shameless. Gives me the creeps!" I said, punching my pig-shaped bag.

Speaking of a pig, I remembered what that jerk said earlier.

Ugh! So much stress for this morning.

"Yeah, bes. Wasn't he super nice, super cool, and super hot back in high school?" My friend asked as if she couldn't believe my stories.

"Super nice? Hell no! Super hot and super cool? Maybe, but he's also super arrogant. He fits the bill perfectly! Hahaha," I laughed loudly.

"Psh. Then why not break up? Is that a problem, bes?"

"Crazy. It's not like you don't know that our parents don't want us to separate," I said, standing up. "That's why we'll endure for a year before splitting up. Pretend our relationship didn't work. Isn't that fabulous?" I laughed loudly again.

"But it looks like you're taking being married seriously, huh?" She suddenly looked at me. "Because look, you're still wearing your wedding ring! Hahahaha," she laughed loudly.

"Crazy. I just forgot!" I said, taking off the ring and hiding it in my pocket. "We thought Yabs (arrogant guy) and his dad were coming home, so we both wore it."

"Wow. Yabs? You even have an endearing term for him? Hahahaha!" Hold me back. I might really slap this girl.

"Bea?" I called her name. "Yes?" she answered.

"Will you stop or should I drop you off a building?" -___-++

"Uh, well, stop it, bes. You're not fun to joke with," she said, smiling. Oh, she wants to play the scary card.

"I'll step outside for a bit, okay? It's hot." I fanned my face with my hand.

"Go, bes," Bea said, digging into her bag.

And as I stepped out onto the balcony of our room, I saw how my "amazing" husband was flirting.

Ugh, what did I say? Husband? I shivered.

How Daniel was flirting with Julia.

So I shouted at him.

"HEY, MR. DANIEL JOHN FORD PADILLA, YOU'RE MARRIED AND STILL FLIRTING!!!"
