Chapter 1 Emily's Crush

There was an uproar in a certain stadium as the crowd cheered without cease. They all seemed to be applauding a being that was called upon on stage.

The celebrity paced through a red carpet that led from the exit to the stage. He glared as the applause kept residing.

He wore a Williams Westcott that cost $78,000. His wristwatch glowed in accordance to the flashlights that stormed repeatedly at him. It was a golden wristwatch worth $10,000. The black chukka shoe he wore fit his slender leg perfectly.

He was tall and with elegant beauty.

Everyone couldn't stop screaming the celebrity's name as he walked towards the stage. He gave a wry smile that made him look cute. He drove his fallen hair to the back and adjusted his sunglasses properly.

Hands tried to catch his cloth, while flowers flung around him and papers ordering for autograph kept persuading the star to touch them. He was indeed a special star.

As soon as he reached the podium, he took out a rose from his pocket and kissed it. Then he stretched the rose to his fans to lure their attention.

The rose was released into the air, hands stretched up to catch it. The rose escaped the hands of many and rejected most but, as it has been raised again due to the dragging of fans for it, it rested on the hand of a young lady.

“MMM!” She muttered from her sleep as she positioned herself to face her window.

The sun shone through her window and rested on her face. She groaned and jerked up from the bed. It was so surprising how sleeping beauty woke up earlier than ever.

Usually the old alarm fulfilled the duty of waking her up, but now, it was broken.

Who would have thought that her prince charming woke her from the dream? Of course, it was Evan, her celebrity crush whom she was dreaming about and eventually, she had an interview at his company that very day.

She rubbed her eyes with her arms and stretched her body to fully wakeup.

The young lady had set up her dress and make up items to look dashing

In a spur of a moment, she dashed into the bathroom, washed up and paced out quickly with a bathrobe on and within seconds.

Emily is a beautiful young woman of twenty nine years old. She believes she is an independent woman even though she barely fends for herself. That is because she has her parents to sought for her.

She was fair in skin and had a pretty long dark hair. Her eyes were black in color and they did not fail to reveal her beauty.

She was of a medium height but had large boobs and butt.

Emily hummed a song as she crossed checked her things, certainly something was missing, it was a shoe of hers, on a day like this how can a shoe be missing? It was the only nice shoe she had, and she had made sure to polish it the previous day.

Her story would have just been like Cinderella's, only that there was no prince charming who held back her shoe.

A groan escaped her lips as she gave in to the situation on the ground, “searching for her missing shoe” which could cause a delay.

For the first time in her life, she was certain of her earliness to the interview, but now it looks like that certainty was turning to disappointment.

Her hiss was angrier than her search, for it was loud.

It took a while to find her shoe which she did at almost half pastime, without wasting time she put on the shoes and went off the road.

“ Wait a minute! Everyone is staring at me” She said after noticing the people gazing at her. She swallowed hard when she noticed she still had a towel rapped around her chest and hair.

She held her breath firm not to lose out, but at a point, she couldn't control herself any longer, and she gave into her persisting nature of yelling.

Emily quickly rolled off her towel as soon as she got into the room, she wore a purple rosette gown that didn't even rhyme with her blue shoe, let alone her

silver purse.

She wasn't the fashion type, and so everything she wore was accepted by her.

One would wonder why she had chosen makeup artist for a profession, for she wasn't good at fashion, but that was her own business alone.

Emily rushed out for the second time and ran through the street quickly. This time, the people's gaze rose than before. Many must have been wondering what was up with her.

Her face applied different colors of makeup and the lipstick which happened to be red had crossed boundary looking for a space at her cheek.

She struggled to get a taxi, but it seemed none stopped by, despite insisting on paying for double seats.

She got exhausted and decided to run forward, but her stiletto which she wore, cut making the poor Emily fall to the floor. She managed to get up but still determined to go on, that was supposed to be the best day of her life, and they were no way She was letting it slip away like that.

Tears gradually rolled down Emily's cheeks as she saw that it was going to rain. The pregnant sky as though waiting for Emily's signal showered its terror upon her unmerciful, as though against her appointment.

Emily wept bitterly, seeing the consistent rain increasing, if only they had faces she could slap.

It was a good thing she found a good spot to shelter. Although the roof seeped.

She deepened her hands into her purse and brought out her phone. The phone had little cracks on its screen that showed that it was pretty old.

“Hello” she spoke into the phone.

“I've been waiting” The recipient responded.

“Please sir, there was an emergency I needed to attend to” She complained.

“Do you know how many people lined up here at my office, I'm only doing this for you because I know you, you should get here within a minute, or you'll not be hired” The recipient hanged up after yelling through the phone.

Emily bowed her head against her knees in the squatting position which she stayed, tears popped out her eyes as though trapped all along. This was her only moment to see her dream crush.

Her makeup wore off as her tears took over her face, giving her a terrible look.

“Oh my Evan” she called his name, it was the name of her crush. Although popularly called 'EV' She preferred Evan, she had her whole rooms decorated with the pictures of Evan, most of which appeared to be nude, showing everything his clothes had tried to hide.

She had always tagged herself his biggest fan, for she knew most things about him, except that which the internet never exposed.

She'd definitely kill herself if that contract wasn't giving to her. How could she spare her night only to be disappointed the following day?

As she paced through the road, she thought of nothing more than her interview.
