THE CEO'S PROPOSAL :THE HEIRESS AT THE TOP

It's been a week since we buried my father. After a sad and long week, we had a visitor, and he seemed to come from the law firm .I guess the drama here it's never gonna end fighting for properties they never worked hard for.My mom called a board meeting, but you could see she is still mourning her husband. In the board room, the attorney came and introduced himself. "Ladies and gentlemen," said the lawyer, "I am here to discuss the future of Mr. Miller's company and the impact of his passing on its management and leadership. As you are aware, Mr. Miller's only child is Ms. Jennifer Miller, and he has appointed her as his successor as CEO. It is my understanding that Ms. Miller is present here today, and she will be able to answer any questions you may have." I could feel the eyes of the board members turn towards me, and I took a deep breath, preparing to answer their questions. Miller said 43 percent of his shares will be divided among his wife ,daughter, and Mr Luis. 40 percent for the daughter 2 percent for the wife and the remaining for Mr Luis.

My uncle wasn't happy that I'm the biggest shareholder, followed by Mr Luis. "I may take a leave," said the lawyer .

"Ms. Miller," said one of the board members, "I understand that you have little experience as a CEO. What makes you think you're ready to take on this role?" I took a moment to consider my answer, wanting to be honest and straightforward. "I understand that I have much to learn, but I am confident in my abilities and my desire to succeed. I will surround myself with a team of experienced and knowledgeable advisors, and I will work tirelessly to ensure the success of the company."Ms. Miller," said the board member, "We will give you one month to find suitable foreign investors. If you can secure the necessary funding within that timeframe, we will support you as CEO of the company. If not, we will need to consider other options for leadership." I nodded, understanding the conditions that had been set. I knew this was a daunting task, but I was determined to succeed. I stood up straight and said, "I accept the challenge, and I will do everything in my power to meet your expectations."

With the board's challenge weighing heavily on my mind, I knew I had to act quickly. I made the necessary arrangements and booked a flight to Seoul, South Korea. As the plane took off, I gazed out the window, watching the world grow smaller below me. I felt a mix of nerves and excitement, knowing that the next few weeks would be critical to my future and the future of the company. I took a deep breath and prepared herself for the journey ahead.I stepped out of the plane and onto the tarmac, feeling both excited and nervous. This was the next step in my business expansion, and I knew it was going to be a challenge. I had done my research, but I knew that nothing could fully prepare me for the experience of actually being in South Korea. I took a deep breath and tried to calm my nerves. I was ready to take on this new adventure, and I was determined to make my business a success.As I walked out of the airport, I was hit by a wave of noise and smells. The streets were crowded with people and traffic, and the air was filled with the smells of street food and exhaust. The city is bustling with metropolis with neon lit streets and crowded subway cars. People were wearing a mix of morden clothes and traditoinal clothes as if they were in fashion showand everybody was in hurry.I was a bit disoriented at first, but I couldn't help but feel excited by the energy and life of the city. I was finally in Seoul, and I couldn't wait to explore and experience everything it had to offer. I took a deep breath and plunged into the crowd, ready for whatever adventure awaited me.Sarah was a whirlwind of efficiency, with a map of the city in one hand and a list of hotel options in the other. As we drove in the car that would take us to our temporary home, I let out a sigh of relief.I felt lucky to have Sarah as assitant by my side, ready to tackle any challenge that might come our way. They arrived at their temporary residence and unpacked.The temporary residence was a sleek and modern apartment in the heart of Seoul. Sarah quickly unpacked our bags and set up our work space while I explored the apartment and took in the views of the city. As I stood at the window, I felt a mix of emotions - excitement, nervousness, and awe at the city below. It was a long way from home, but I was ready for the adventure ahead. "The smell of Korea!" Sarah screamed excitedly. I then went to take a bath after a long day. I needed to relax so I became ready-made for what's coming tomorrow at the As group. Yes, that's the company I'll target. I'll work there as an intern while I leave Sarah to target other companies.
