After three years, Natalie and Nicolas divorced, and the entire Venom mocked her for being abandoned by her wealthy husband. Six years later, Natalie returned to her country with her twin children, transforming herself into an internationally renowned miracle doctor. Countless admirers pursued her, wanting to marry her. Admirer number one: "Miss Richart, do your little ones need a father? What do you think of me? If you agree, I will definitely treat them as my own." Admirer number two: "Dr. Richart, from the first moment I saw you, I was captivated by your beauty and talent. I vow to love you with all my heart for the rest of my life. CEO William didn't value you because he was blind, but I will never leave or abandon you!"

Chapter 1 I am giving up on this marriage

"Nicolas William, I have been married to you for three years, yet you have never touched me even once... Now, I will grant you and your first love* your freedom, I am giving up on this marriage... After tonight, you can go find her! But for now, consider this as compensation for all the feelings I have given you over the years, okay..."

After saying this, Natalie Richart rushed forward and kissed the man before her. At this moment, she was like a moth drawn to a flame, wild and desperate...

She knew her actions were truly despicable.

But her feelings had been nurtured for so long; it was really difficult to let go!

Right now, she only begged for this last bit of comfort.

"Natalie, how dare you!"

Nicolas gritted his teeth, his handsome yet enticing face showing clear anger.

He wanted to push the woman off him, but the restless turmoil in his body was wreaking havoc, nearly shattering his sanity.

This woman was truly bold, daring to drug him!

"I have no reason not to..."

A tear fell from the corner of Natalie's eye as her kisses grew more fervent, and her inexperienced hands roamed clumsily over the man's body.

She just wanted to have him this one time!

Nicolas was furious.

But the current situation was beyond his control.

Moments later, his body's natural response awakened, and as his body temperature rose, the last thread of rationality in his mind finally snapped.

The next day, at dawn, Natalie woke up.

Enduring the discomfort in her body, she forced herself up from the bed to get dressed. She then took out the divorce agreement she had long prepared from the drawer and placed it on the bedside table. Taking one last deep look at the man lying in the bed...

"Nicolas, I'm going to set you free. From now on, we'll go our separate ways, with no connection to each other!"

Natalie whispered these words, then withdrew her gaze and turned to leave.

As she stepped out of the William mansion, her heart was filled only with bitterness and pain.

She had loved Nicolas for seven years!

From her school days until after graduation, she could never forget him.

Her greatest wish was to marry him!

Yet, Nicolas hated her...

Specifically, the hatred began on the day she married into his house!

Back then, the elderly patriarch of the William family was seriously ill and needed a joyful event to ward off misfortune. Luckily, her birthdate was compatible, so they chose her.

Her father and greedy stepmother, upon hearing the news, immediately packed her off to the William family without a word.

She was overjoyed, consumed with excitement, eagerly waiting for the wedding night to come.

But who could have predicted that as soon as Nicolas appeared, he would show his disgust and say, "Natalie, you must know that the person I want to marry is Rose, not you! Only she is worthy to be my wife; you are not!"

Natalie knew Nicolas had no obligation to like or love her.

But she still naively held on to hope, believing that one day she could warm the cold heart of this man.

During the past three years of marriage, she worked tirelessly, striving to be the best wife she could be.

Every night, she cooked herself so that whenever he returned, a warm meal would be waiting for him.

No matter how late it was, she would wait for him to come home before feeling at ease.

Whenever he came back from social drinking, she took care of him herself, never pretending or relying on anyone else.

Whenever he was sick or injured, she worried more than anyone else in the house.

Every winter, she would turn on the heater and boil hot water for him. Early in the morning, she would wake up to warm his clothes, hoping he wouldn't feel cold that day...

But love unreciprocated remains unreciprocated.

Until the day before her birthday, when Nicolas stayed at the hospital with Rose, she finally understood.

All of this was just her own illusion!

The heart of that man, she would never be able to warm.

He belonged to another woman!

Natalie had completely lost all hope!

......

When Nicolas woke up, it was already ten in the morning.

As he got out of bed, his first thought was to strangle Natalie!

He, the mighty CEO of William Corporation, renowned for his cunning and undefeated in the business world, had never before been outmaneuvered or made to suffer in this way.

He never could have imagined that his first time would fall into the hands of that woman!

Angry, he searched the room but found no trace of her. Finally, his eyes caught sight of the paper on the bedside table.

"What?"

Nicolas furrowed his brows tightly as he stepped forward and picked it up.

The four words "divorce agreement" immediately caught his eye.

His pupils contracted, and his expression darkened abruptly.

First, she tricked him into a relationship, and now she was putting on a show with divorce papers... she was becoming more and more cunning!

Nicolas didn't believe that Natalie would divorce him.

He got dressed and went downstairs, exuding a menacing aura as he questioned the butler: "Did you see where Natalie went?"

Butler Hardy was stunned and quickly replied, "Young master, the young madam left at dawn, taking her luggage with her."

Nicolas was taken aback...

......

Six years later.

Country Y, VR Medical Research Institute.

Natalie had just stepped out of the research room when she heard her assistant, Linda, say, "Dr. Richart, Professor Basil wants to see you in his office."

Natalie, having stayed up all night, was already exhausted but immediately felt alert upon hearing this.

"Did he say what it's about? It's not... my little troublemakers ruining his research results again, is it?"

"It seems to be exactly that."

Linda responded, with a hint of sympathy in her eyes.

This superior of hers was always swift and decisive, highly capable at a young age, and the most outstanding student of Adam Basil, a prominent figure in the medical field. Natalie had never been scolded by anyone for work before.

Except for that one time when she had to take the blame for her two adorable children!

Linda unconsciously offered comfort, "This time, you were in the lab for three days straight without stepping out. Sandy and Tony were worried about your health and visited Professor Basil's office every day to throw things around... From what I can see, his hair might have turned even whiter this time."

Hearing this, Natalie felt a mix of amusement and exasperation.

Six years ago, after leaving the William mansion, she went straight abroad!

She initially planned to focus on her studies but soon found out she was pregnant.

At that time, she struggled with the decision of whether to terminate the pregnancy, but when she reached the hospital, she hesitated-she couldn't bring herself to do it.

In the end, she decided to keep the pregnancy!

She was supposed to have three children, two boys and a girl.

But during childbirth, the girl passed away due to suffocation, leaving her with her two precious sons, affectionately named Sandy and Tony.

Thinking about her two genius-level boys, Natalie's heart filled with happiness.
