"Have you even done this before?" A cold voice came from above, causing Wendy Lin's body to tremble.

She had never found herself in this situation, and she didn't know how to react.

All she wanted was to go to the bathroom. She opened the door to a stall, but before she could get in, a man pushed her in and he got in as well.

'Where the hell did this man come from?' she thought.

The smell of disinfectant was soon replaced with a bitter stench of blood. The narrow space in the stall gave her little allowance to move around as she tried to calm herself down.

"Sir, I just want to use the bathroom," she uttered.

Before she could even finish her words, he covered his hand over her mouth. The metallic smell entered her nostrils, and she had to hold herself from going into a coughing fit.

"Shut up! If you make a sound, I'll kill you!" the man threatened fiercely.

Just then, the sound of racing footsteps and a string of curses came from the corridor.

Wendy Lin raised her head with difficulty, only to be met with a pair of beautiful eyes.

However, those eyes were carrying so much killing intent that aimed to throw her six feet under the ground.

She shrank back under his gaze. As saying went, "A wise man knows when to retreat."

Just then, a creak sounded from behind and the stall door opened a crack. Noticing this, the man glared at her and motioned for her to behave. Then he turned around and closed the door.

However, just as he turned around, he saw her secretly taking out her phone. Without bothering to think about it, he wrenched the phone from her and held it in his hand.

'Fuck!' she thought, feeling her stomach lurch.

"Well... I was just going to check the time..."

Awkwardly laughing, she rubbed the back of her neck. Retreating back into the corner, she hoped to God that the tiles could just swallow her up.

"Is that so?"

The man smiled coldly. Before she could react, his hand deftly wrapped around her neck.

There was absolutely no mercy from his grip—only cruelty and harsh brutality. Her white neck was immediately stained with the blood from his fingertips as she felt her bones silently being crushed from his strong grip.

A piercing pain soared through her chest as she struggled to gasp out for air.

Wendy Lin was a doctor, so she knew very well how much strength was needed to dislocate a person's neck. And by the looks of it, the man knew exactly what he was doing.

"You could either help me or die."

From the increasing pressure on her neck, she could feel her vision darkening bit by bit. Yet, upon hearing his words, she forced herself to nod with difficulty. Her heart raced through her chest as if she had just attended a marathon.

Seemingly satisfied with her answer, he loosened his grip on her neck.

Fresh cool air entered her lungs, as the young woman exploded into a fit of coughs.
