My eyes followed his back until he left the corridor. I returned to my room, humming in a happy tone. My heart was filled with joy again. ___ Hours passed, and I was looking down at the dress I had just worn. It was already time for the festival and I could hear the voices and sounds of people outside the pack house. The huge yard at the center of the Moonshadow territory was always overflowing with thousands of people on the annual festival. I gave myself one last look in the broken hand mirror I had in my hands. I had my dark black hair in a low ponytail, I didn't really have a lot of options when it came to styling my hair, so I opted for the easiest. The purple dress made my Hazel eyes stand out.
