She didn't know what he wanted so she ask "what is it that you want." What he wanted from her was beyond wildest dreams. "I want you to be my wife." Now she was not only married to the man she hate, but to the son of her family enemies. "This is our secret."

Chapter 1 .1

Do you hate someone so much that just the sight of them gets you irritated?

I do.

His stupid smirk, his dumb face, I just hate everything about him. But I hate the stupid smirk more, the smirk he always gives me when he sees me, the smirk like the one he's giving right now.

I bit my lower lip to contain my fury. 'That shit face'

"Miss Eden," the new CEO of the Cooper Financial industry call me getting my attention.

"Yes," I turn to him.

"It would help if you contact me when your product is finished," he smiles.

"I will. Thank you so much for agreeing to work with us, father and grandfather would be satisfied when I tell them," I say even though it pisses me off having him talk to me like that when I have been in the business world longer than him.

"Your father help mine once," there he goes again.

I hid my anger behind a forced smile. He dares to look down on me like this and right in front of that fucking Collin.

I stood up " then I shall take my leave." I spare the two men no glance and walk out of the room with my assistant.

My name is Ivy Eden, I'm 28 years old and the CEO of a perfume company call Eden. While my sister took over my mother's cosmetic company. I love my business, making the most expensive perfumes is just the best.

I step into the elevator and was about to ask my assistant to take us down, but when I saw who was coming toward us. I start pressing the close button repeatedly but the stupid elevator wouldn't close. I look up and only groan when I saw the dumb smirk on his stupid face.

I let out a sigh of annoyance, and straighten myself up. He steps in with his assistant and secretary.

"Eden," he greeted me.

"Collin," I say not trying to hide the annoyance in my voice. I look straight ahead and watch as the elevator door close, which piss me off.

I could tell he was looking at me with that stupid smirk.

"Congrats on becoming Tenner's first business partner," he says the smirk still on his stupid face.

"Oh, are you jealous?" I ask even though I wanted to show my victory smirk, I didn't. I needed to keep my cool.

"Baby, me jealous of you will never happen," he chuckled.

That pisses me off.

I snap my head to him, " yes you're jealous, you know why. Because I beat you every time we go against each other. And it starts from our time in high school." I turn to my assistant, "Susie please tell me how many times have I beat Devin Collin since we step foot in the business world?"

"It's the fifty-fourth time, ma'am." She answers.

The smirk that I was hiding finally cross my face, "and how many times have Collin beats me?"

"It appears to be zero ma'am," she says keeping her head low like always.

"Did you hear that Collin?"

What piss me off instead of getting mad he had that stupid smirk on his stupid dumb face. I scoff angrily and turn away, crossing my arms over my chest and tapping my heel on the elevator floor impatiently.

The sound of a phone ringing startled me. From the corner of my eyes, I catch as Collin take the phone from his pocket and answer the call.

"Hello... Yeah, I'll be there... No, I didn't get it... Yes, you were right... Okay, tonight." He ended the call.

I let out a sigh of relief when the elevator door finally opens. Just as I step out my phone starts to ring.

It was Naomi one of my best friends.

I answer "I'm on my way."
