Chapter 1 BEGIN

In 19xx, in a deep forest ruins of Rome. The inside echoed a girl's agonizing scream, and as she went deep inside, she was tied up on a stone table. Blood flowed from her body in a small way on the stone table, red blood flowing to a deep place on the ground.

Around there were five people in black cloaks who were waiting, their skin pale with cold eyes looking at the girl who was screaming in pain.

"We have to wait until, if we make humans do this, the government will doubt it. Besides, And since he's a non-pure vampire, is he worthy of us calling him up?" Sara looked at the girl on the stone table and then turned to ask James who was standing beside her.

"That's right, we've already spent nearly five men on him. I want to follow Sara back, this wet place is disgusting to me." One of them also spoke up after Sara finished speaking.

"Don't be impatient, this is the owner's idea too." James was also not upset when he had to do this, so he had to say it to reassure those around him. The voice was so majestic and irrefutable that Sara and the others didn't say anything more.

"James, how long do we have to wait?" Sara waited for about ten more minutes, she didn't like this damn weather so she asked James again.

"Sara, be patient, even as a non-pure vampire, he still carries the same blood as we do."

James looked over at Sara, still that deep voice making her feel the pressure, and nodded as if she knew. About ten minutes later, the girl on the stone table stopped screaming and lay still. By the look of it, she knew the girl was dead, the blood was no longer flowing. The rain began to fall more and more heavily, a thunderbolt burst into the place where the girl lay on the stone table.

"Yes, finally done."

Sara smiled and said with satisfaction, from the stone table it cracked and pushed up a transparent stone coffin.

In 20xx, at a university in the United States.

"Laura, hurry up or the professor will make us stay after school."

Sara dragged Laura down the corridor, running nervously as she ran.

"I know, wait for me, Sam."

Laura was quick to respond to Sara as well, the two of them running as fast as they could just to make it to class in time. Laura is a cute girl with a round face, she has long black hair with a smile on her face. Two girls holding hands and running as fast as they can make time to learn criminal psychology.

"We're lucky, he's going to go up that stairs." Sara after settling down on the chair, finally let out a sigh of relief and said to Laura sitting next to her.

"And are you free this weekend, let's go to the bar. I want to try out what the bar is like."

Sara after resting to regain her strength sat up straight and looked at Laura as she spoke while drinking water.

"We still have a lot of homework to do, you don't want your parents to know. And I can't go with you, I have to go home this weekend."

When Laura heard that, it was funny to her playful friend, she had to sigh and say no to Sara.

"Is something wrong?" Sara heard that and was not sad, but worriedly asked Laura.

"I don't know either, but my parents said it was urgent. Besides, it's going to be summer vacation, so I'll be back."

Laura just smiled and told Sara the reason.

"That's boring, we're only a freshman in college, we have to enjoy it."

Sara knew that Laura had something to deal with, but she still said sadly with a look of regret. Laura is the only child in the family, her parents are very worried when they go to the city alone to study. So she has to go home twice a month.

"It's okay, I'll come back up. Then we'll go to the bar together." Laura smiled at Sara lying on the table, she said she would come back soon with Sara.

"Okay, you promised."

Sam said happily, the two immediately stopped talking because the teacher had arrived. Laura silently listened to the teacher's lecture, Laura was an orphan adopted by her parents, so she loved them very much.

Therefore, she has to work hard to study so that she can get a scholarship to study to ease some of the burdens her parents have on her. The weekend came very quickly, Laura booked the car and went home. Her home was in a developing country, and her entire childhood was spent there. Everything was as imprinted in her memory.

Taking the four-hour bus ride home, Laura didn't feel tired, but instead pulled her suitcase out of the bus and headed for the small road toward her house.

"Parents, I'm back."

Laura called out, but no one was found, so she put her suitcase upstairs and went to the back garden to look. She did not see her parents.

"Really weird." Laura said quietly, normally on weekends, her parents will stay at home to take care of the vegetable garden and rest, but not go anywhere.

Laura went to the side of the house to look again and saw a man in a black suit and an umbrella. Laura immediately sensed danger, she grabbed the shovel beside her and headed towards the man who spoke loudly.

"THIS! WHO ARE YOU, HOW DARE YOU INTO MY HOME?"

The other man was very strange, just looking at her without saying anything. With her face as white as someone with albinism, Laura was afraid in her heart but still resolutely told the other man.

"What a strong girl that would definitely suit the young master. See you soon, beautiful lady."

After saying an unknown sentence, he disappeared. Laura's chills ran down her spine, she threw away the shovel and ran as fast as she could.

"Laura, Laura, Laura. What's wrong with you, are you okay?"

Thomas just got home and saw his daughter with a face full of fear running over, immediately grabbed her to hold her and asked, Laura was startled and almost pushed her father down. As soon as he realized that his father was afraid, he told him everything.

"You must be mistaken, we have a new neighbor in our house, and my father just went over there to help. You are tired from the car, so you are dizzy, let's go home so I can make you a glass of lemonade."

Thomas thought there was no way such a thing could happen, so he calmed Laura and brought her inside.

Laura thought she was just dizzy, but why did a person disappear so quickly it wasn't sunny and it wasn't raining, so he didn't have to hold an umbrella like that. Thinking back, Laura felt a shiver again.
