Here in this story, Sofia is in truly love with Hugo from the High school days but she never knew that Hugo felt the same way. However, Hugo wasn't aware of his feelings towards Sofia and when he realised em it was too late to confess as Sofia had already gone somewhere else. After that day, he always regretted because no other girl snatched his heart like Sofia. Many years passed by and they met again. But will they be able to confess their love for each other? Chapter 1 Their first meet
In the Wilson House at 6:30 am:
Sofia's POV-
Me and James were in the dining room waiting for my mother and father who were in the living room discussing the reports of a patient. Amber is in Sydney from the past 1 week for a project. Yesterday night at 11:45 , they were called for an emergency surgery. I wonder how do they work like without taking any break.
"How's that possible?! I checked his report just after the surgery. He's fine!", shouted my dad.
"What happened Rollie? Is everything fine?" , asked mom.
"No, nothing's fine. You remember Mr. Smith? The one for which we were called at night for his surgery? He got a night terror. And his Blood Pressure rose. But you know that doesn't means that still his vena cava is blocked. I told them already. I think we have to go to the hospital as soon as possible. " , explained my dad.
"Hmm , James!"
"Ya mom?"
"You will also come with us , we might need your help too", ordered mom
"But mom , interns have to reach the hospital at 9 am. It's hardly seven right now.", said James tiredly.
"No! YOU WILL COME WITH US! When we were interns we worked for 20-20 hours in a day! This generation is so lazy. If you want success then you have to work hard James. Remember, you are still a junior doctor." , shouted mom.
"Yeah James , Miranda is right." , supported dad.
"Fine , I am going to my room. I'll be there in the living room in around 15 minutes." , he agreed.
"Um..Mom , Dad may I ask you one thing?" , I said in doubt.
" Hmm"
"I just wanted to say , it's been a long time when we have enjoyed. So , if you guys can take a day off tomorrow then , can we go for trekking tomorrow please to spend some quality time with each other?"
"Well , we will see. I mean we will try our best to do so", said my dad with a smile.
I smiled back towards him. I just hope that tomorrow we get a little time to enjoy.
(After 15 minutes)
Mom , Dad and James went to the hospital. Now I'm home alone , getting bored. So just decided to practice singing for today's session and I will go to the hospital at 8 am.
Meanwhile in the Harrison's house-
Hugo's POV-
I am in the dining room , having breakfast. Dad is in his room doing some work and Mom is doing her regular exercises. I will be also going to office at 8 am.
Emilie's POV-
So , I am done with my exercises and now I am going to change in my room. Garrick is searching for something.
"Um...Garrick? Should I help you?" , I asked him.
"No , I don't need your help. You already helped me a lot by marrying you now don't need your help anymore." , said Garrick dramatically.
" WHY ARE YOU SO COLD TOWARDS ME GARRIE?!"
"Correction-"
"Everyone calls me Garrick. Only my mom called me Garrie ,who is no more. You just stop pretending like a good wife. You are here just for Hugo. And if I tell the thing that you did 4 years ago , then you might not be here. But I am quiet just for my Son! 4 years ago-" , he was just about to speak but then.....
Hugo's POV-
Mom fell on the ground while talking to dad.
"MOM!"
"WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MY MOM?!"
"Hugo , see calm down."
"HOW CAN I?!"
We took her to the nearest hospital , Lake Heart Hospital.
