"Let me out, Moon!" "Stop calling me that, you stubborn wolf! My name is Outer, not Moon!" "Release me and let me teach them a lesson. They should pay for humiliating you like trash." "I am trash! I've long accepted my dusty faith, so let it rest, wolf!" ~~~~~~~ "Get your ass out here, Outer!" "I'm coming, mother!" "If I come in there to drag your sorry ass out... know you'd be dead!" ~~~~~~~ "Are you still on this slut after two days? Come on, Eric! This isn't you!" Two days? What! My head was spinning now as the newcomer's mocking voice rang irritatingly. So I was out for two whole days? But how? I mean, why? "And you think I would waste my time with her if it isn't important?" "You've fvcked her, isn't that more than enough, just like the others you do it with while I'm around?" Fvcked who? Me? Of course not! Stop thinking nonsense, Outer. I just laughed it off in my head as I slowly took a glimpse of Alpha Eric. ~~~~ ~~~~~ I am OUTER... My name is OUTER... They call me 'THE OUTCAST'! Am I truly one?
The huge, spinning, glowing sphere of hot gas was dropping faster and faster, and I could see my lips tearing into a massive smile as I stared at it. As soon as its golden glow reflected on the rippling lake, I rose up and skipped my way out the shore and through the woods, humming our favorite song. My heart was bouncing along as it was filled with desires and purpose.
"Hey! You made it!"
His voice was raw and deep as it has always been. But right at that moment, my swollen heart bled black blood. I could see my welling eyes shifting from him to her.
"Hi, Laurence. I told you I would try to come. Been dying to teach that bitch a lesson all along, but didn't know how."
How is she with you, Lawrence? This can't... It can't be...
My heart as I knew sank like a capsized ship in the middle of a raging, fierce storm. My eyes followed Lawrence's arms, carelessly squeezing things in there...
"Thought you two were a thing, with her clinging and everything?"
"With that filthy pauper?! Oh please..!" Lawrence rolled his eyes at her words. "Give me some credit, Evelyn! I was only trying to enter her pants but it seems too tight for me."
My shaky wet eyes stared at the two of them chuckling evilly into a single wicked pot.
"Laurence... Why...? Why would you do that to me?" Ducking behind the fallen tree trunk, my heart finally cracked under that turbulent sea. My lips moved but there were no more words tumbling out.
For such a horrible day to play in my face, I must be really cursed. Since I couldn't have dreamt of it, I had to accept, I guess I was really who they thought I was; the werewolf who is an outcast.
"This is where Outer always comes to hide whenever the heat is rough. I can't wait to see her face when she sees us making out."
You were so right, Evelyn. It was a fucking blow to my face to watch you crush the last hope I thought I had in this pack. When I averted my gaze, unable to bear the pain of how deep you two were kissing, and how rough my Lawrence was groping your breasts, ass, and how shamelessly Evelyn was stroking his manhood, Lawrence's voice rang out, piercing that already sore heart.
"It's time to come out, Outer! You're free to watch us while we do it, but sit in front of us and watch me ram my rod into Evelyn's hole, the right way!"
"Did you know she was there all along?"
"Of course! Outer is a walking alarm clock. Isn't that right, Outer!?"
"You're so bad, Lawrence!"
Their laughter was too heavy on me, I had to come out. Slowly and with tears streaming down my burning cheeks, I turned to face the evil werewolves in front of me. Their draggy laughter was more like a jagged metal whip lashed on my bare back, tearing my flesh.
"Why did you do this to me, Laurence? I thought you loved me." My sniffing was intense.
Laurence glared at me and said, trailing me up and down with his eyes, "A tramp wanting a King? You must be the biggest dreamer in the history of EricBlood pack!"
Without another word, I whipped around and dashed out from my safest zone in the world. Tears rushed down my eyes as I tore further into the woods. I could hear their dirty laughter shooting at me like daggers, blending with the leaves crunching beneath my worn out shoes, and twigs snapping fiercely.
"Let me out, Moon!"
"Stop calling me that, you stubborn wolf! My name is Outer, not Moon!"
"Release me and let me teach them a lesson. They should pay for humiliating you like trash."
"I am trash! I've long accepted my dusty faith, so let it rest, wolf!"
As always I fought with my wolf trying to jump out of my body by force. She was the very opposite of me. Always ready to act.
******
Now dawn came, alerting me with its ringing, clanking, just to make me hate my life even more.
"Get your ass out here, Outer!"
"I'm coming, mother!"
"I come in there to drag your sorry ass out... know you'd be dead!"
There was no time to dress up so I jumped out of bed in my bra and panties, dashing out as though I was being chased by a rogue werewolf. The sky was blue and the half moon hung up. It's pale light pulsating faster like my heart. Maybe we're twins? I just laughed it off in the pit of my stomach, knowing how that sounded in my head.
"Half naked again, Outer?!"
"I'm sorry, mother, I...I just rushed ou–"
"You're still standing there, right?"
I spun around and rushed back in, slamming the door shut.
"At twenty you're still this stupid? No wonder they call you a rotten whore!"
As I shut my eyes with my back plastered against the rough wall, 'rotten whore' resounded in my ear like an irritating ringing tone.
"Be prepared, Outer! The moment the Alpha returns, you're gonna eat shit!"
"Mother..." Tears filled my eyes.
I could feel my body sinking lower into the floor.
Everyone knew our pack's Alpha is the 'demon in the land'. He changed our pack's name from MoonBond to EricBlood. Not even a soul could cough, or spit. Now the woman, a shewolf I thought would protect her pups, but instead, she's sending me to my exile. No one got up to the Alpha's palace and remained sane.
Never ever!!!
No one!
And just like that, I began prepping for the day I would meet Alpha Eric.
The day I will most definitely die.
******
It's been four days since I had it hot with my mother. Four solid days with an excruciating ache in my head, and now, it was time.
It was time!
As I stood in the large hall of the massive palace, my body trembled uncontrollably. Just then, a wailing bird perched on my left arm. I could feel the curious eyes pinning me down, including Alpha Erics', who sat lazily on his throne as usual, so I heard though. A throne that was almost touching the rooftop as high as it was.
One mistake; I glanced up.
My eyes were instantly merged with his searching and lustful ones. They were as innocent as the clear blue sky on a... day, and unfit for the ruthless sockets they were given.
It was a pity...
"You should fly away now, sweet, little thing. You might get hurt here." My watery eyes shifted from Alpha Eric to that pouting little bird on my arm.
"You should focus on your trial, girl!" That voice... That voice from the Alpha, could cause an earthquake. A very terrible one at that!
It was thick and raw as the flames from a chilli pepper, busting with full dose through the unseen blazing air, into one's nostrils.
This was the first time that I was seeing him, and not the posters. I was happy not to have seen him at all because I didn't want to suffer more than what I was already forcing down my throat.
"Please forgive me, Alpha... It's just that..." --I glanced around, avoiding the fierceness in Alpha Eric's gaze– "Anna is saying that she..."
Around me, a murmur erupted from the crowds, waiting for my downfall impatiently; the minute I mentioned that name; Anna.
I swept my eyes around nervously, wondering what I had said that arose their inner beast.
"It was just a name, right?" Silently, I glanced down at the bird who seemed shy but sad.
The bird's little eyes were as wet as mine.
"Anna says–"
"Quiet, girl!" Alpha Eric rose to his full height, and I could feel my neck cracking just to meet his darkened face.
What did I do now? Not him either.
My throat felt dry, and my legs couldn't move despite the urge to grow wings and fly away like a bird. I knew with a minute more in the house of the 'king of beasts', I'd collapse without questions.
"What did you say that bird's name was?" The deepness of the voice hit me hard again, its strain creeping up my spine slowly, and making my shiver deepening.
I could see the seriousness spreading across the Alpha's face, such a beautiful face that looked as if it was carved by an artist paid a fortune.
But today wasn't the day to admire my killer.
"Her... her name is Anna, Alpha." I swallowed hard, shifting my shaky eyes from Anna to Alpha Eric. "She isn't happy." I could see the pieces of my heart and the debris of my cracked words crumpling down my mouth.
It was hot as hell!
As Alpha Eric drew nearer, my legs could no longer stand on their own, and that instant, I saw myself dropped to the cold, hard floor in a heavy heap. My body shook more dangerously. And when he crouched down on me, sharply peering down at my small and fragile frame, my eyelids slouched, and everything went blank.
Utterly blank.
