Cold Emperor

As he stood erect head held upwards staring at a coffee sign board and reminiscing the taste of the sweet coffee his mom always made for him but he is interrupted into reality from his daydream by the call of his name and none other than his beautiful curly girlfriend, Alice Dermott, a talented highschool second year highschool girl who is said to have mastered her family's weapon of water, "The Tornuhamma".

As Alice with an irresistible cute smile clinged on to Xellia's arm, the jealous students male and females alike started whispering all sorts of things to Xellia and all he could do was seek condolences from Alice. Alice always said one thing whenever Xellia felt so bad , "Forget about them, being without talent or skill or any sort of power doesn't mean you are useless."

At school during physical education, most students who were capable of handling their powers skipped class. Xellia knew there was no way he would gain power from training with the other students but he never gave up hope in trying and soon he became the laughing stock at the end of the day.

After spending some time with Alice after school, Xellia went home thinking he needed no one, neither did he care about not having power like the rest of the students in school and all he was content with was Alice, being his lover.

Xellia's mom warned Xellia again to stay away from Alice as she still finds her a little suspicious but as usual Xellia thinks his mother just doesn't like Alice and assures her that she would soon come to realize how wonderful a daughter-in law she is. His mother sighs I'm disbelief and continues with her chores.

On television, Xellia's dad watches as The Vampire Void makes an announcement about his marriage underway.

The next day, Xellia's parents looked disappointed but they didn't want to tell anyone anything. They told Xellia everything was fine when he asked them but clearly there was something wrong. A few minutes after Xellia had left, his dad asked his wife,"how do we tell him this?" But his wife assured him that he didn't need to as he was bound to hear it from his classmates.

Xellia did hear something quite shocking from the student council secretary as he was wondering where Alice was and he was told that she was preparing for a very big royal-noble occasion so she would be skipping school for a while. But that wasn't the real news. During history class Xellia tried skipping class to call his girlfriend but the call never went through. When he got home his parents asked him if he had heard anything out of the blue but Xellia claimed he hadn't heard anything. So they briefed him about the fact that they were being stripped off their noble titles even though they were very wealthy because the Vampire Void wanted to give it to his new wife as a wedding gift meaning Xellia wouldn't have to marry Alice since he couldn't.The information reached Xellia in shock as his parents warned him never to get close to anyone bearing a noble title as it could risk him getting expelled and also, he should start getting used to wearing his normal school uniform and forget about the ones with the noble's crest as it meant that he wasn't noble anymore.

In the state where he had received a shocking news from his parents Xellia still remained calm and as he was the only son of his parents they were very worried about him. He gave a smile and with a tampering voice, he said,"I see, and I'm really glad Lilith wouldn't know whatever that happened since she's very little. Also dad, mom, I understand so it's okay I can manage.

Soon afterwards there was a cry fro his parents' bedroom as Lilith their last born was crying and her mother came over to her and gently pick her up and the moment she opened her eyes Xellia saw that he had a very beautiful little sister.

He vowed silently to protect her. His father saw the look on his face and thought, "maybe he diserves to know more about himself.

That night, he called Xellia to follow him into the courtyard where he moved the water fountain three times in a clockwise direction and soon a locked door appeared from the ground as if it was being dragged up.when the door was finally in position, He bit his thumb and let a drop of his blood fill a very small hole on the door knob and the blood turned black they heard mechanical noises and soon the door opened and they ushered themselves into a large compound with gravestones and other sacred relics. Josech Naria used this as an opportunity to tell him about his family, their reputation for being wealthy and the power they all except for Xellia possessed and that power was infinite Iq. In other words they had the ability to solve, think and focus on over billions of topics at the same time and their imaginations also led to true discoveries and hence why they were rich and no one knew of that power since it could lead to war so for many years this secret had been kept hidden from the world and now it was Xellia's turn to possess the power. He poured out red colored wine into a transparent glass and asked Xellia to drink it and when he did, he started losing his stamina. He felt his body growing weaker and weaker as seconds passed and before he knew it, he fell.

He had a dream where he saw a very bright and large man. He was so large that the highest that part of his structure that Xellia could see was his knee and that was even because he had squat. He introduced himself as the great sage and told Xellia that he was the Naria family's "Fenton" in other words guardian spirit and they meeting to converse in the dream signified pact with him as the next head of the Naria family and he would guide him like he has with Josech.

Xellia woke up after three days and had a lot of questions for his father.

"Dad, why am I receiving my power now and if our family had such a great power indeed rulling this world would be very easy so why are we facing such a problems?

His dad smiled and said, "No matter what we did we"d still be stripped off our titles since people would've seen us as monsters and our descendants would have to live in solitude but by looking weak, we were able to make friends, acquaintances as well as families and then finally use our powers for our own sakes.

Josech continued by asking Xellia a question.

"What is the most powerful weapon?" And at first, Xellia answered him saying ,"a very powerful bomb like the atomic kind." But like an electric shock he stood up alarmed and answered, " the most powerful weapon is the hatred, anger or the burning desire of someone by virtue of a very significant cause that can't be overlooked." His father smiled and said, "I have two things to tell you Xellia, one is the answer you gave right now shows you have inherited the sacred power of the Naria family and I only hid this power from you because I didn't want anyone you'd come across in your highschool to suspect anything and two, I have a mission for you the day before the Vampire Void's wedding.
