My Heart Beat

Long ago, immortal beings lived on the land of shacks. And some greedy humans wanted to obtain immortality by drinking their blood. Alex was an immortal being being Chased alongside his lover Sarah. They were being chased by the city guards after everyone found out about Alex's identity and Sarah was doing everything in her power to protect him on the land of humans since she was human. They were being chased in broad daylight in the forest. They were running as fast as their legs could carry them. One of the guards shouted Get them. over there.

Do not let them get away and Sarah was panting heavily because she was running with all her might. When she could not take it again she fell to the ground and Alex lifted her. Sarah was blaming herself for everything that was happening to Alex but he said that it was not her fault. They kept going and it got to a point and they were surrounded by the city guards from all sides. Alex did not know what to do because the city guards were fully armed with weapons and in a twinkle of an eye Alex's eyes turned blue and he disappeared into thin air with Sarah. The Arrowhead meant for them were always missing their target. Before that day, the commander of the city guards had requested silver Arrowheads. He looked at the silver Arrowhead. It was deadly to vampires and the shaft was made of Hawthorn wood. Alex and Sarah had reached a path covered in snow and the city guards were giving them a hot chase. After some time, the commander of the city guards shot the silver Arrowhead and it targeted Alex and blood was dripping from his arm. He fell to the ground and Sarah asked if he was alright and he replied he was fine. Sarah told him to run and Alex said no that he was not going to run. She said that they would never stop chasing him now that they had discovered your identity. Sarah said I will be fine but please leave. Alex would not hear any of it. Slowly his eyes turned blue and within seconds it became normal again Alex caught the Arrowhead meant for Sarah and he looked in the other direction. Sarah was sobbing quietly and Alex got up in an instant ready to fight. He removed the arrow Head in his arm, his eyes turned blue, his fangs elongated and his fingernails became long and sharp .sarah felt worried because she brought this upon him and he ran towards them at a fast speed and they were scared to move when they saw his new form. He threw them to the ground in a swoosh and he took one of them by the collarbone the commander said what are you doing? Take him down. He ordered the guards to capture the monster and Alex fought them all by himself. Sarah ran to where he was after he defeated them all and she hugged him tightly. After some time his eyes returned to the normal state and his nails turned back to normal. A guard who was struggling between life and death managed to shoot an arrow and Sarah blocked the arrow and it pierced Sarah's heart. Alex sobbed uncontrollably and asked why she had to do this. Sarah said she was happy to die for him because she loved him dearly. He said Sarah please I love you. I love you. I cherish you with all my heart and Sarah said if we meet again make sure to remember me and find me. He said I will always love for who you are no matter what. He continued you make my heart melt and there is no one like you. He said Sarah you can make it I can not live without you and he held her hands tightly and she said I love you and enjoy the moments we spent together and I am happy to die for you. He said don't say anything you can not leave me. I will make sure you survive and we will be together forever and she said it was alright. Upon seeing blood dripping, his body reacted to her blood and Sarah asked him to drink her blood. She coughed and dropped dead. He screamed no and he cried loudly. He was reluctant at first and after much persuasion,n he sucked her blood dry. He held on to her tightly and after a while his body became normal he blamed his cursed existence for her death and he knew he had to remember her for the rest of his life.
