Chapter 1 Noooooo, mama

*****Nooooooo, Mama******** Chapter 1 Lucina POV * “Mom!!!!” “Mom, what is happening?” I asked as tears fell freely from my eyes as our pack was in chaos. “Nothing is happening, my little brave princess,” Mom assured me but it was the opposite of nothing as our pack was in disarray. “Mom, it doesn’t seem like nothing is happening, mom, please answer me.” “Are we going to die?” I asked innocent as I was still in tears. “Don’t say that , sweetie” “Nobody is going to di*^^^^^^” She couldn’t finished her sentence as an arrow landed on one of our guards and he fell straight to the ground.

“Noooooooo.” I screamed in fear and mom quickly covered my mouth. “I thought you said we were going to be okay? Why is he on the floor?” “Is he dead, mother?” I questioned innocently still in fear. “How about we ignore that and focus on you, my little warrior?” “We are going to be okay,” she assured me and I nodded my head even though we are far from being okay. “Now, hold my hands.” She requested and I didn’t hesitate. We walked into a catacomb. It was a catacomb and wasn’t a catacomb at same and it has passage escaping door to it. We passed though the passage and she took me into a dark hidden spot. “You are going to be safe here, my little warrior.” She fumbled my cheeks as tears dropped her eyes. “Why are you crying mama??, I thought you promised me that as long as I am with you that I would always be safe?” “What about daddy? Why isn’t he here?” “Is daddy going to be okay?” I questioned her innocently. “Yes, baby; Daddy is going to be okay.” “But why isn’t he here if he is going to be okay?” “He is on his way coming to meet us, let’s forget about that, shall we?” She gave me a weak smile and nodded my head as I returned the smile. She opened her bag and brought out a small container. “You are going to drink this, baby” “Why am I drinking this, mommy?” “It’s going to protect you from bad people,” mom replied. “Why would I drink this when you promised to protect me from bad people.” I threw a question at mom innocently. “You know, baby. I have always wondered why you are so sharp at this your young age but I guess it’s for the best,” “You will get to know about it once the time comes, now drink it,” She gave it to me and I didn’t hesitate and I gulped it all. “That’s why you are my baby girl.” She played with my curly hair and I smiled. “Where is the little outcast??!” I heard a voice nearby and it looks like it was coming to my direction. Mom quickly hold my hands and dragged me inside the dark hidden spot. She looks so scared. I have never in my life seen her in that state. “Mother, what are we doing in here? Why are you trying to hide me?” I asked her as tears began falling off my eyes. “We don’t have enough time to talk about that but you just need to promise me something.” Mom said. “What is that, mommy?” I asked her as she wiped the tears off my tiny cheeks. “Promise me that no matter what you hear, you would never come out of this hiding spot. “ She Asked me as she stared deep into my eyes. “I promise not to come out mommy,” I assured her and she planted a kiss on my forehead. “I love you, My little warrior.” She sobbed as she fumbled my cheek one last time. She stood up, and was about to leave me. “Where are you going, mom? I thought you are supposed to stay with me?” I blurted out and she stopped right on her tracks as she turned to look at me. “I am going to be back, baby, I’m going to find papa and we are going to come back together.” She assured me. “Sweetie, no matter what, no matter the voice you hear, no matter how desperate the voice sound. Never come out.” She warned and I nodded my head. She looked at me one more time and mouthed “I love you” before closing the door. After minutes being alone. I heard that same voice but this time around it was already so close. “Where is the outcast? Hand her over to us and we spare you.” The voiced threatened. “I rather die than watch you take her away.” Someone replied and it was no other person than mama. “What is she talking about? Who is she arguing with? Why does she want to die instead of showing them the outcast.?” I was so confused. “You know it’s going to be so sad that you are going to die for nothing because after killing you, I am going to find her and do whatever I want with her.” The unknown voice laughed wickedly. “You are going to do what ever you want to her if only you find her.” Mama replied him. I was so confused on what they are talking about as I peeped through the tiny hole on the hidden door and I was able to see a bit of what was happening. A huge man was facing mom with a dagger on his hand. He looked so dangerous but mama on the other hand wasn’t scared. “You know that was what your Mate said that made us kill him and we are going to do same to you because seems you are already useless.” The huge dangerous looking man said. What is he talking about ? What does he mean by doing the same thing he did to mom’s mate to her? “Has he hurt papa? What has he done to papa? Hope papa is o*********^^” I couldn’t complete my sentence as I was shut by a swordlike sound. I quickly peeped through the hole and froze on the spot. Mama was on the floor with a dagger on her chest. “Tears dropped off my eyes,” “Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!” “Noooooooooooooooo!!!!!!! Mamaaaaaaaaa!!!!” I screamed as i woke up with my eyes covered with tears.
