I lost control as my eyes wandered around his body, staring at each curve and line. What actually caught my attention was his wolf mark, one peculiar to every wolf. His was a complex design on his upper arm that I was tingling to touch. It went perfectly with his brown skin and golden hair. Emily! I stared at George's face but my eyes couldn't have enough of this Roman sex God as they traveled round his body finally landing on his six packs. His eyes turned darker, his skin so close to mine that heat emits from between our bodies. He proceeds closer, his blue eyes staring deep into mine, warming up my soul. He wanted me as much as I wanted him. This was a goddamn war between Alphas, who will be in control? Bet on Mr intriguing piece of art.

Chapter 1 Over protective

My eyes flung open and I began panting as I looked around the mysterious dark room, beads of sweat formed on my forehead.

My senses were sharp as I kept staring into the dark trying to figure out where the crashing sounds came from.

I kept asking myself where it was coming from.

My eyes went to the king size bed at the other end of the room, my sight was blurry and I was only able to see through the Rays of light shining through the only window in the room.

I felt tense when I noticed that the bed was empty. I crunched the blanket tightly to my body.

Empty? It wasn't supposed to be empty, where's the occupant? My mind screamed.

I began panicking, I ran my hand through my blonde hair that was already scattered. I couldn't think of anything. One thing came to my mind.

Fvck.

I immediately got up, my instincts kicking in and adrenaline rushed through my vein. I moved rapidly to the door on the other side of the room consisting of the king size bed, a large mirror and huge wardrobe. It also had an old drawer.

I took rapid breaths as I stayed glued to the wall, I opened the door gently and light poured into the room. I thought I heard a movement just outside the door, causing my heart to be twice as fast as before.

My heartbeat increased rapidly as I heard more movement. This shouldn't be happening, please. It can't be THEM!

Them as in the Clown with his two coloured face and pink nose.

I opened the door wider, squinting as the light got me blinded for some seconds having been in the dark room for a while.

Taking careful steps, I slipped out of the room onto the closest wall that was blocking the light coming in. I rested my back on the wall while trying to figure out a plan.

.

Okay, Yes..yes..oh no… okay. O shit! Perverted unorganized thoughts filled my head. Screw that mind.

Gathering up my confidence that was collapsing by second, I stood rooted at a spot, my back still glued to the wall as I saw the light was coming from the living room.

What could someone powerful and fearless do in this case?

Go for the danger! He coached me in my head.

I shook my head as the strange cliches of movement in many movies filled my head. My thoughts were interrupted with some hushed voices, it could be anyone.

The clown may be planning my death, ready to send his death workers after me.

Before I could think twice, my curiosity got the best of me and I flung myself to the other side of the wall and attacked the intruder, my body smashing them to the ground.

Good! Now you must get answers, question them, what do they want from you.

I actually forgot questioning the intruder and acted first because I was trying to not get killed.

My hands were wrapped around the person's throat while they make muffled noises, which I completely ignored even when they started making choking noises.

I didn't feel bothered or care to listen to their muffling after all they were trying to kill me.

I bent my head to the person's ears and whispered, threatening in an angry voice. I

DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU WANT, BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR RANSOM I MUST TELL YOU, I HAVE NO MONEY. WHAT I HAVE ARE PECULIAR SKILLS WHICH I HAVE ACQUIRED OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. SKILLS THAT NOT ONLY MAKE ME STAND OUT BUT ALSO MAKE ME A NIGHTMARE TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU. I WOULD GIVE YOU TWO CHOICES, LEAVE NOW AND THAT WILL BE THE END OF IT, ELSE I WILL FIND AND DESTROY YOU.

My eyes were shut maybe because of the chill that ran down my spine but I flung them open immediately I felt a hand on my shoulder pulling me off the intruder.

Feeling that touch, my brain cells relaxed. They recognized that touch more than anything.

Relax Elena! It's Mike! Elena!

I looked down at the person who was still pinned down by me, I released my hold realizing it wasn't an intruder.

I was on top of Mike, strangling the life out of him. His face was already puffed and he pants for air, he grabbed his neck while giving a murderous stare.

Oh I am really sorry, I said trying to stop the small laugh that was escaping my throat.

But how would I have it was Mike? I just woke up from sleep for Christ sake! You don't get a woman annoyed while she's in slumber! Didn't you get taught that in Sleeping beauty? The Disney movie you watched as kids.

All I got in response was a grunt and get off me look.

I turned to look at the hand gesturing to me, it was Richard, my best friend, who was chuckling and offering his hand.

I took his hands and he pulled me up to my feet rapidly, allowing Mike to get air into his Lungs.

Mike is actually a kind man who has accepted us, housed us and fed us for the past three years. He was an elderly man in his mid fifties yet he looked younger like a man in his mid thirties with his deep blue eyes.

I was surprised to see Richard suddenly burst out laughing his stupid butt off not bothering to keep it in. Seriously? I think this guy has got mental issues, and might get more serious physical issues if he doesn't stop right now. I thought.

I gave him a hard glare yet he didn't stop laughing.

You are just over protective, he said laughing.

I narrowed my eyes at him with my arms crossed on my chest while I replied to him. "Guess whose over protectiveness saved someone's pretty ass?" I said, raising my eyebrows at him.

OMG! You need to see your face right now. You are so cute when you are mad! He laughed and I shut my eyes tightly thinking of thousands of ways to kick his ass.

Among all the ways I could think of, dyeing his hair green seems like the best way of revenge so he could join the clown who wants me dead.

Opening my eyes I saw him standing brushing his fingers through his short hair. He looks attractive in his own ways with his gray eyes, toned body but he's just a friend. He is really kind, one of those kinds who are pretty overly kind.

I watched him moved closer to me "oh my dear Emily, thanks for being so overprotective" he said giving me a extra tight hug. Sighing deeply I wrapped my arms around him hugging him back. Seconds later he pulled back smiling at me like a kid when he's eighteen years old like me.

He burst out laughing again "You need to really see your mad face, it's funny for real"

Two, eighteen years old that acts like kids, YEAH that's us. Despites not being the bestest of friends from birth, we were close enough to be.

I stared at him for a while before finding myself smiling back, his smiles were contagious.

Well, hope you know that…….." and then I sensed it"

The feeling that always kept me on my toes, I always hoped not to ever feel it again.
