This story is a love story based on real life events. Since being a child, the author has always wanted to write stories but couldn't-due to some reasons. However, given opportunity to make the dream come to life here, she decided to write a short story about her first love and hopefully readers would find it interesting. Happy Reading.
Chapter 1 How it feels like when in love.
Clare was lost in thoughts for some moments. All she could think of was "I now have a boyfriend just like my other classmates".
Startlingly, Jasmine alarmed "Guys, our first paper starts in few minutes and you are there having unnecessary conversations"
"Oh!!! It's 8:30am already." Says Clare.
Hurriedly, Clare picked up her textbooks for revision. Despite the examination tension, Clare couldn't get over the fact that she now has a boyfriend. What a feeling!!!. Becca who was her closest friend in class could see there is something going on. She said excitingly "Clare, you look different today". Clare couldn't tell her friend about her new boyfriend given that they were only friends, not best friends and she never had one. Not long, the examination began and she had a good time writing her exams with a lot of overwhelming emotions throughout the papers.
Clare was in her final year in high school. As a girl in her middle adolescence stage, she felt it's okay to be a relationship and of course, that's the trend.
The relationship started so fast. That was her first relationship and she had no idea of what it takes to be in love. During the first two months of the relationship, waking up to messages from her boyfriend was just enough for her. She lived with her mother "Teressa". Teressa is a very disciplined and strict mother especially to her daughters. Clare was only permitted from going out of the house only on errands. She was also a good and innocent girl.
