"Why? Why? Of all jobs,Mitchell!" Mum wailed and I watched her from my chair with my legs on the table and my hands folded behind my head not minding the injury on my arm.

"Mum calm down, just listen to....

"Listen? Listen? Oh God!" She exclaimed and I almost laughed at her dramatic wail. I signalled to Ruby, my sister, to calm her down but she rolled her eyes and I sighed. Seriously?

"Mum I love what I'm doing." I said, taking my legs away from the table.

"Oh really? You love carrying guns, shooting at people, trafficking drugs, engaging in massive shoot outs, risking your life? Mitchell what you're doing is the same thing as signing a death sentence. Being what you are is a huge risk. You're still young..you're just 23, why did you do this to yourself huh?"

"Mum listen to me."

"No you shut up and listen to me! I'm your mother and I know I shouldn't be making decisions for you but I have to at this point. I didn't give birth to you for you to join some suicide gang and engage in a deadly game, you have to quit!" She said sternly with the tone of finality and I chuckled..quit? Not in this world and not in the next.

"That ain't gon happen." I said, taking a bunch of grape from the tray of fruits in front of me.

"Why?"

"Because I don't want to." I said nonchalantly.

"Ha! Romeo..are you hearing this? Are you listening to what your son is saying? See the position he is. Look at his arm just look at him." Mum said to dad who was sitting with his arms folded, watching the whole drama and not saying anything since this whole conversation started.

"Mum..it's just a little shot on the arm." I said and she chuckled bitterly.

"It will soon get to a big shoot on the chest, do you think I'll be myself if you die?" She screamed and I covered my ears.

"Abigail your voice is raising you've got to calm down." Dad said for the first time and I smiled and winked. He shot me a glare and I winked again. Thank God this place is sound proof.

"You know what? Come on, come rest. I'm sure your blood pressure is rising by now." Dad said as he went to mum who was busy crying on the floor. I don't even know what to do. I'm a mob boss so what? I like what I'm doing and I'm not ready to quit. Even tho if it means going against my mum's order. I love her so much but I can't quit. There's no way I can even quit. The door banged close and I sank into the cushion. I'll go talk to her when she's calm.

"Mr.Mitchell, ya happy now?" Ruby said as she got up from her seat. I rolled my eyes and stood up. I took a glass of wine in my hand and I walked to the transparent glass surrounding my office giving me a clear view of the city below.

"Why did you tell her?"

"Tell her? Dude you went missing for two fucking days. We went to your house, we didn't see you there only for mum to see bunch of guns in your safe."

"Well, how did she know the password."

"I gave her the password."

"Dammit Ruby!" I seethed, throwing the glass of wine at the wall.

"What? You know how manipulative mum is and besides, I didn't know you would be keeping guns in your safe."

"Just leave .I'm not in my right senses right now." I said and she sighed. She came to me and pecked me on the cheek.

"Don't think too much  I know you don't like offending mum. Just give her time." She winked and patted my back before she left. I sighed and slumped on my chair. I ruffled my hair and swerved left and right. She's right, I don't like offending mum. I chuckled at the memory of how I got shot on the arm and that particular girl...that crazy girl..

"Frank you copy?" I asked through my ear pod as I got down from my car. I adjusted the collar of my shirt and I smirked. I walked into the arcade with my men trailing behind me. I sighted King at a table and I took mighty steps to him.

"Red." He beamed as he saw me and I nodded.

"It's good to see you King." I sat down and my men stood at my back. Two sluts came to me and I winked at them.

"So tell me, what have you been up to." He asked taking a sip of Brandy.

"Nothing much, just the normal culture " I replied, picking up a strawberry with a toothpick. I looked round the arcade and I saw my men around in different disguises. Is that Frank as the DJ? It's hard to recognize him in that mustache.

"Wait for my order." I muttered loud enough for my men to hear. I stared at King in front of and I smirked. Too bad he'll be dead tonight. Do you know why he's called King?

Well, that's because he's the biggest and the boss of all mobs - he's the King in this game and in this game, you have to get rid of the top dog to be the top dog and that's what I'm doing tonight.

"Three,two and...

I made eye contact with Frank and I nodded slightly.

"One."

At at my command, a gunshot blasted and everyone got disordered..time to strike.

Well, this is my plan. I had my men disguised here because I didn't wanna raise suspicions. They're gonna engage in a shootout and I will be the "hero". T'm gonna act like I'm saving King and then..boom!I'll kill him afterwards. He's 65 and he can't walk properly, making my job easier.

"What the fuck is happening?" King exclaimed as he got under the table. Other mobs have joined the shoot.

Well, who the hell wants to die? No one, so they have to.

"We need to get you out of here." I yelled. Yelling because if how loud the gunshots were. I took a a gun out of my suit and cocked it. I pulled him out from under the table and I took his hands as we shot out way to the door. Do you know what's funny about all these?

I'll tell ya, other men in this room will find this a perfect opportunity to kill King because everything is in chaos. His men are busy shooting in order to keep breathing, no one is available to protect him but he has me, for now that is .

I shot a man trying to pull his gun out. I pushed King under a table and I stood on it. I took out my pocket knife and I smirked. Time to dance. I jumped on the pool table and I threw the knife into a man's throat.

"Get the fuck here and help me." I said to my men and in no time, they came to where I was. I left the motherfuckers for my men to take care of and I left with King. We rushed to my car and I drove off with him..

"Thank you Red." He said and I smirked

"Anytime."

I looked at the front mirror and I saw two cars chasing us..this is about to get bumpy.

"You can drive right?"I asked

"Yes."

"Good, take the wheels."

I released my hands from the stierring wheel and he quickly held it. I went to the backseat of the car and I raised it up revealing all kinds of guns. I took a combat rifle and I cocked it. I opened the door of the backseat and I gave a fuck you sign before I started firing. Okay, two cars with two shooters each..hmm..not bad.

They fired at me and I kept dodging and using the door of the car as shield.

I targeted at the head of the first driver and I fired straight into his skull. The car lost balance and it hit  the second one causing them to both roll into each other and crash over the bridge. Well, that was a  beautiful sight to behold.

I went back into the car and I told King to shove over. I took over the driving and I drove a distance before I finally stopped.

"Get out." I said coldly.

"What?"

"Get the fuck out!"

He gulped and scurried out of the car. I took my pistol and I got out of the car. I pointed my pistol at him and he shivered.

"Wha...what are you doing?"

"What does it look like King?" I said with a smirk. He pulled out his gun and tried to shoot but I kicked the gun out if his hands.

He tried to run but I shot his two legs making him to crash on the ground.

"Oh king king king." I said as I strode towards him. I bent to his height and he glared daggers at me. I chuckled and patted his head.

"You didn't see this coming did ya?"

"You motherfucking betrayer." He seethed in pain and I tsked.

"You are talking about betrayers when you're the leader of that particular group. You sent one of your minions to my own abode to steal informations from me. You turned my followers against me..why?Because I'm more intelligent than you are?" I said and he had a shocked expression on.

"Oh, you're surprised? Well, don't be. I'm Red, I know everything and I also know that in less than 20mins, your son will be here because he knows I have his poor little daddy here. Don't get me wrong he's not going to come to save you, he's going to come so he can end your life and I won't let that happen because I wanna kill you myself and because I don't want you to die of inheartbreak. Seeing your own son betraying you and killing you with his own hands. Isn't that so heartbreaking?" I said in a sad mocking voice. "Well, I'll save you the heartbreak. .Good bye King, greet the devil for me. Tell him I'll probably join you guys in hell in the next 50yrs." I said with a smirk and I drove 3 bullets into his skull. Eww, ruptured skull..

I took out my sticker and I glued it on his mouth..

I stood up and I saw a car rift to a stop in front of me..knew the motherfucker would come.

"Nas, I didn't expect you to come this early." I said tucking my gun at the back of my pants.
