Bitter Secrets

In a rusty and rancid room, Ye Ci was sitting on the floor, freezing. There was a group of women dressed like her in the room—numb criminals wearing orange-red vests, short hair, and expressionless faces.

Ye Ci had been in prison for three years.

Three years had passed since that accident. In this dark prison, Ye Ci often had an illusion like a dream.

"7583, someone is visiting!" The guard came over and opened the door.

Ye Ci trembled all over, and her hands on the side of the body could not help clenching, showing an abnormal cyan color.

It was 18th again! This day of the month came again!

Behind her back, there was a sharp whisper which bit deep into her ears and the ears of the thorn were in pain.

"She had to be forced to do something on this day of the month. I don't know if I should envy or sympathize."

There was a burst of laughter behind Ye Ci who paused without turning back and resolutely stepped out.
