With a silver moon hanging high in the sky, the night had fallen, stars twinkling and scattered across the earth.

However, amidst the vast sea of stars, a streak of seven-colored lightning danced, its brilliance impossible to ignore.

The elderly man's body was shaking with excitement, and his eyes were unusually brilliant. "Within the boundaries of the Azure Province, take all the newborns born tonight to the Imperial City," he said, gesturing to the spot where the lightning had struck.
