"Bye mum!" Susan said and wave her hand at her mother.

"Don't take long, remember you will be the one to attend the business meeting on my behalf" Mrs. Bertrand said.

"I don't just feel like attending the meeting" Susan replied.

"Please you have to, I have an important place to go today," Mrs. Bertrand said.

"Alright, mum anything for you," Susan said with a smile.

"Come and give me a peck," Mrs. Bertrand said and Susan rushed to hug her. "Bye mum I am Getting late," Susan said and walked out of the house.

"Good morning Miss Bertrand" her driver greet. "Morning Steve, how was your night?" She replied with a smile.

"Fine, I trust yours was also fine," Steve asked. "Sure it was" Susan replied putting on her sunglass.

"Which car are you going with ma?" Steve asked.

"I will go with my cloth Color" she replied pointing to a blue car.

"Alright ma" Steve replied and rushed to open the car door for her.

"I have told you time without number, to stop regarding me as ma, you're old enough to be my elder brother, I want you to be free with me," Susan said.

"Alright ma" Steve replied. "You're making the same mistake," Susan said.

"Am sorry Susan" Steve replied? "Now you're talking, let go!" Susan said and get inside the car. "Have you eaten?" Susan asked Steve.

"No I haven't" Steve replied. "Why didn't you eat before coming?" Susan asked.

"I was in a hurry to leave the house" Steve replied.

"Don't try that again, you will go eat when you drop me off at the school" Susan said.

"Alright, thanks" Steve replied.

"Susan!" Steve called making Susan unplug her headphone.

"What's the problem?" Susan asked. "I noticed that car has been trailing our car since we leave the house," Steve said.

"Which car is that?" Susan asked and Steve point to a car.

"Oh park the car," Susan said. "You mean I should park the car?" Steve asked. "Yes park it" Susan replied.

"What if they are hiring assassins?" Steve asked and Susan smile at him. "I know them, park the car," Susan said.

"Alright," Steve replied and stop the car. Susan get down from the car and put on her sunglass, she sat on her car bonnet waiting for the people trailing them to come down.

Two ladies came down from the car and walked majestically to Susan's car.

"Hi" they greet. "What did you guys want from me?" Susan asked.

"You should have at least replied to our greetings" one of them replied.

"I don't need to reply to you guys greeting, I need to know why you guys are after me," Susan said.

"Let me introduce myself again, I'm Brittany Chad, am sure you know me, so theirs no need for too much introduction," Brittany said.

"And I am Mandy Martinez, am very sure you also know me, who won't know the popular Mr. Martinez daughter," Mandy said with a smile, a proud one at that.

"Are you guys done with your introductions?" Susan asked. "Yes, we are done" Brittany replied with a smile.

"You guys should reply to my question, what did you guys want from me?" Susan asked again.

"What we want from you, is very simple, we want you to join us" Brittany replied.

"Join you guys for what, you guys should be fast, am going to school," Susan said.

"Oh, college student," Brittany and Mandy said and burst into laughter.

"We want you to join us in dealing with our ex" Brittany said.

"Are you guys okay? How's that my business, I don't even know the ex, you guys are talking about" Susan replied.

"Our ex is your current boyfriend" Brittany replied and Susan burst into laughter.

"Have guys not gotten over him?" Susan asked.

"We have a long time ago, we just wanna deal with him because he played us," Mandy said.

"That should be none of my business," Susan said. "It's your business because he doesn't love you, he will break up with you, once he has a taste of your honey pot" Brittany replied.

"He can't, you guys should get out of my way," Susan said and walked to her car. "She's very stubborn," Mandy said.

"Yeah, let her be am very sure she will soon join us, let go," Brittany said and they both walked to their car.

"Hey!" Jayden said with a smile. "How are you guy?" Andie Jayden's friend asked.

"Am good, hope I didn't keep you waiting for long?" Jayden asked.

"You did, what are you doing in the house, and you know my boss only give me thirty minutes for the meeting" Andie replied.

"Am sorry, I will talk to your boss, so what are we talking about?" Jayden asked.

"The contract, my boss appoint me to talk to you, on behalf of the company, though he doesn't know that we are friends," Andie said.

"I was planning to give the contract to your company for your sake, I have begged you time without number to come work in one of my companies but you declined," Jayden said.

"Am sorry for that" Andie replied. "There's no need to be sorry, come tomm...." Jayden stopped halfway when he saw a beautiful lady.

"Excuse me! I will be right back" Jayden said and stood up and Andie pitifully shake his head.

"He can never change," he said. "Hi, beautiful" Jayden said with a smile.

"How can I help you?" The lady asked with an eye roll.

"There are many ways you can help me, you can put your account details here, for a start, so you can know I mean business," Jayden said.

"Yes, I wanna make you happy, my work is to always make beautiful ladies like you happy," he said and his phone ring out loud, he check the caller and Susan's name display on the screen.
