Chapter 1 Dream again

"No," cried Gladis again and again dreaming. The husband that slept not far from his bed woke up from his screams.

"Miss, are you okay?" asked Raka, the bodyguard's husband, panicked.

"I-I dreamed about them again," Gladis said sobbing while clutching her knees in fear.

"Calm down miss, I'm by your side. I mean, I'm next to you. So you will be safe, believe me," Raka said calmly.

"Yes, to thank."

Gladis went back to sleep after being given an understanding by her husband that was not considered.

In the morning, Gladis got up early to attend the monthly meeting in her office, she didn't want to be late at all. Raka 24 hours is railways there for Gladis so that his wife is comfortable and protected. After breakfast, Gladis rushed off followed by Raka and several other bodyguards.

No one knows about their second marriage, except for close relatives of Agatha's family, including her father's younger brother, Alex. Alex will secretly launch his actions, he will not be silent if the property of Agatha's group is in the hands of his nephew.

Alex the manager of the company was in the office first, because he wanted to be another example. But he was wrong, it turns out that someone came first, of course, Gladis. When the middle-aged man gallantly walked unsteadily towards the meeting room he swallowed hard when everyone was in the room, he looked at his watch, it was shocking.

"What time are they coming? The meeting will start in half an hour," thought Alex in surprise.

Gladis frowned seeing her uncle standing in front of the door, she greeted him.

"Good morning, Mr. Alex. Please come in," Gladis said to Alex who was daydreaming

Alex realized, he smiled awkwardly and began to sit, not long after the meeting started. After about an hour of meeting, no one has come out yet.

Raka's husband from Gladis was worried, it's not usually a meeting for that long, Raka looked at his watch and knocked on the door of the meeting room.

The door was opened by Raka, how surprised Raka was when he found out that his wife was weak and helpless and was forced to sign a document.

"Fuck," Raka exclaimed making Alex surprised.

Alex threw Gladis's body and ran out, Raka didn't want to be missed and immediately called the other subordinates.

"Hello, follow Alex," said Raka over the phone.

"Yes, Boss."

After contacting other subordinates, Raka carried his wife's body and took her to the hospital. When he got there, the doctor and nurse immediately checked him in the emergency room. About 20 minutes, the Doctor who treated Gladis came out of the room.

"Good morning sir, I am the doctor who examined Miss Gladis, temporarily let her stay in the hospital until she wakes up from her anesthesia. Sorry, did you take any medicine without a doctor's prescription?"

"I don't know, doctor," said Raka.

"Well, if the lady is conscious, let me know as soon as possible."

"Okay doctor, thank you."

After the doctor left, Raka cursed.

"Fuck you, just watch the old man."

Now that Raka enters his wife's room, he feels that he can't protect him so that he can be cheated by humans like Alex.

The handsome and dashing man sat next to the gurney, holding his wife's hand, and said, "I'm sorry, miss. I missed it. I love you, come to your senses."

Gladis's heart was suddenly nervous but she couldn't open her eyes when Raka confessed his love for her, it was beyond her expectation. Gladis's heart and mind somehow became confused.

Gladis honestly didn't want to get married first, before taking revenge on her uncle Alex. The middle-aged man was slyly deleting all CCTV footage and court documents. During Gladis's tenure as CEO of the company, she tried to cover her sadness and act so that all plans went smoothly, but instead it was Alex who launched the action first.

Three hours passed, and now the beautiful girl had woken up from her anesthetic because of Alex the uncle. The girl glanced through the room. Before long, he pressed a button on the back of his pendant, which was a signal to when he needed help from his bodyguard.

And before long, a bodyguard appeared but not Raka.

"Good evening, Miss, I can help," he said bowing respectfully.

"Where is my husband? ahem, I mean where is Raka?" he said nervously.

"Master Raka is buying food, miss."

"When you're done, tell me to come to see you."

"Okay miss."

"I'm sorry."

The bodyguard came out chuckling seeing his boss's funny face but his laughter stopped after Raka patted his shoulders.

Bugh

"Uh, you, Ka."

"Why are you laughing?"

"Your lady is awake, and she called you my husband, hahahahaha."

"Shhh, noisy."

"You are the same as a miss."

"Why is that?"

"You're both hard, there you are," said Reno.

"Okay, thanks."

Raka entered the room and saw a beautiful woman whose status was a wife, but he never touched her.

The handsome man walked up to his woman and stood in front of those beautiful eyes.

"How are you, miss?"

"I'm better. Where are you from?"

"I finished eating. Sorry for the long wait, miss."

"It's okay, you sit down. Don't ever leave me."

"Okay miss."

When he accompanied his wife, suddenly his stomach hurt and made him sweat because of holding it in. Raka did not dare to speak for fear of disappointing his wife. Gladis saw that her husband was sweating and she wiped it, making Raka nervous mixed with pain.

"You're sick, Raka," Gladis asked softly.

"No, miss, but my stomach hurts. I beg of you," said Raka quietly.

"Gosh, why are you holding him back? Hurry up," said Gladis.

Without another word, Raka ran to the toilet. Fifteen minutes was finally over. Raka rearranged the suit to make it look neat, especially in front of his wife, he didn't want to embarrass her even though it was only status.

When he was about to go to Gladis's room, his cell phone rang indicating that his sister was calling. Raka hastily moved away and if it was far enough from Gladis's room. Raka picks up the phone.

"Yes, hello, Meta?"

"Hello sis, when are you transferring I need money."

"You are money, Meta, what are you the money yesterday that my brother sent."

"I'm using it to pay for the semester, Sis. Hurry up and transfer."

"Brother will transfer if you mess around with college, brother doesn't hesitate to drop your college. You heard that, Meta."

"Yes, bro."

"After this brother transfer."

"Okay, thanks, bro."

After calling her brother Raka, Meta breathes a sigh of relief all this time this beautiful girl has been secretly helping an orphanage that was hit by a disaster. He thinks money can be earned but not for their health.
