As the driver drove into the huge mansion and, Mr Lee saw the black Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III Obsidian in the parking lot and he immediately knew she was around, the witch is back

After parking the car, Mr Lee's Secretary quickly stepped out of the car and rushed to open the car door

As the car door swung up, Mr Lee's tall imposing figure emerged, his exhaustion from a long day at work evident in his slightly disheveled appearance

His dark hair, usually perfectly styled, was now scattered with a few strands falling across his forehead in an endearing manner. The slight messiness only added to his rugged charm, framing his sharp jawline and accentuating his piercing hazel eyes

As he walked into the mansion, stretching his long legs and running a hand through his disheveled hair, his rugged good looks were impossible to ignore, an attractiveness that was both captivating and endearing

Mr Lee opened the door to the living room and just as expected, there she was, the witch, seated in her magnificent regalia in the living room, her aura alone was stinging and could easily send one into a trance

But Mr Lee seemed not to give a tad of a care as he proceeded to the elevator without sparing her a glance

"How was work today?" She asked, the sound of her stern voice was like a crack of thunder ready to strike at any given moment

"It was fine" Mr Lee replied as he continued his walk towards the elevator

"I heard different, your stocks went down by 0.04 percent today" she said

"I'm aware" Mr Lee replied again as he pressed the elevator button

"Ethan!!!" The name echoed through out the mansion, and like a venomous dart paralysing whomever hears it

Mr Lee stopped on his track

She stood up and walked towards him

"You are aware? You are aware and you came back home tonight Ethan? You are supposed to be curled up in your office till you are able to get your stocks back up!" She shrieked and the air suddenly became tensed as Mr Lee turned back to face her

"It was just a little fluctuation and it will go back up before tomorrow, if it doesn't then I'll do something about it, but for now, I am in need of a good night sleep, I'm certainly too tired to exchange words with you" Mr Lee said in an abrupt tone as he turned towards the elevator but she held him back

"Do you know how I've been able to keep us the number one business group in the country? I don't leave things to chances, I don't leave things to mere fluctuations! I've been paying attention to your stocks for the past 3 weeks that I've been out of the country and your stocks have been fluctuating way too often, but you have absolutely no idea do you?" She seemed enraged

"Like I said before, I am absolutely aware and I will work on it tomorrow, I have no strength for this discussion nor for you" Mr Lee said ending the conversation

"You are getting married next week" she stated and the atmosphere was dead silent for a moment

"What did you say?" Mr Lee asked surprised

"You heard me right Ethan, you are getting married to the daughter of SJ group next week, the news will be announced by the media tonight, if that is what will get your stocks up permanently then that is what we will do and you have absolutely no say in this" she stated and entered into the elevator as it opened

Mr Lee might despise his mother but there is one thing he could not deny, the witch has never gone back on her words before, if she says he is getting married next week then he is getting married next week

"Gabriel" Mr Lee called for his Secretary

"Yes Sir" Gabriel came running in

"The car key" Mr Lee demanded

"Where do you want to go Sir? I'll gladly drive you" Gabriel offered

"Gabriel, the key" The petrifying look he got from Mr Lee quickly made him hand over the key without futher questioning

If there was anything Mr Lee had in common with his mother, it was the sternness and rudeness

Ethan Lee drove out of the mansion at a high speed

"You are getting married next week" The witch's voice continued to resonate in his head

His mother had always being the one to dictate everything about his life and he always had absolutely no say in the matter

Ethan's face was red with rage as he gripped the steering wheel tightly

His mind seethed with storms of emotions; anger, frustration and a hint of depression as he pushed to the car to its speed limit

"Ahhhh!!!" A scream pulled Ethan back to reality as a lady suddenly appeared in front of his car. Ethan immediately switched to the break pad and he barely avoided hitting the lady

Ethan stepped out of the car, enraged

"What the bloody hell is wrong with you?!!! Just how foolish are you to run into the middle of the road like that?!!! If you have a death wish then go jump into the sea or something rather than parading the road like a senseless person!" Ethan berrated and the lady looked up at him

For a moment, Ethan was taken aback as he was beheld with the most beautiful lady he had ever seen, dressed in an enchanting red grown with long black wavy hair that left him staring a little longer than he wanted to

"Foolish? Senseless? Is that what you say to someone whom you just almost hit with your car you arrogant jerk!!" The lady fired back

"You ran into my car young lady, if anything you should be apologizing for displaying such impertinent behavior but nevermind, I have no patience to exchange words with......"

Ethan was cut shut as a group of angry looking mob began to run towards them

"Is that the guy you are cheating on me with? I'm going to flay both of you alive!!!" A guy from the mob approaching them shouted

Before he could understand what was happening, the lady's hand closed around Ethan's like a gentle vice, her fingers interwining with his as she pulled him along and they began to run

"What are you doing?" Ethan managed to say as the lady continued to pull him along

"You better run with me if you want to live" Her sweet, soft and warm voice made Ethan's initial resistance slowly melt away as his feet began to move in tandem with hers, their hands still clasped together as they raced through the streets

As they ran, the lady's black, long and silky hair flowed behind her, some strands hitting Ethan's face as she turned back at intervals to check how close the mob was

Each time she looked back, Ethan was beheld by her enchanting blue eyes which was reflected brighter by the night lights making it shine like bright stars

Their footsteps pounded a rhythmic beat as they ran, and Ethan's heart began to race in time, his senses overwhelmed by the lady's presence. He felt like a willing prisoner, swept up in her whirlwind of enthusiasm. This lady's beauty and exuberance was casting a spell on him and just like a willing prisoner, he was getting ensnared
