Chapter 1 ELEVATOR KISS
"I'm at the company, father. I won't let you down" Johan said as he entered the company. The receptionist looked at him and gently gapsed.
*Wow, so handsome, I wish my boyfriend is as handsome as he is...does he have a girlfriend, let me just get his number* she got lost thinking.
"Did you hear what I said?" Johan asked. The receptionist composed herself.
"Oh yes, what did you say?" She asked. Johan sighed, as he wanted to speak, a lady entered the company in a haste.
"Good morning Lydia, I hope you slept well, I brought sweet coffee, just for you" She said and dropped the coffee on the table. Lydia smiled happily.
"Oh, thank you my love. It's your first day today, isn't it?" Lydia asked.
"Yes and I'm thrilled to start working with the new C.E.O, I just hope he's easygoing like me" She said, bringing out her card to sign in.
"I heard he's very handsome, like his father" Lydia said, drinking her coffee, totally forgetting Johan in front of her. The sign in machine clicked and the lady took her card.
"Enjoy your day Lydia" she said and walked towards the elevator. Lydia smiled, when her eyes met with Johan's, she shook. Johan put his card on the sign in machine and it clicked.
"I've marked your face. Lydia" He said and walked quickly towards the elevator, he entered before the door closed.
"Geez...I didn't know he's a worker, I've never seen a male worker that handsome. Well, he looks sweet but not as sweet as this coffee" Lydia said, smiling as she sat down to enjoy her coffee.

Johan stood patiently as the elevator was moving up, he kept on looking at his watch without knowing that the lady behind him was watching him keenly. The elevator shook and the lady didn't know when she let out a scream. He looked at her, surprised.
"I'm...sorry. I thought something bad was going to happen...you know, like being stuck in an elevator and a black out" She said and faced the wall. Johan kept on looking at her, trying to remember where they've met. She could feel his gaze on her.
"Hannah Edwards?" Johan asked. Hannah's eyes widened, before she could look at him, the lights went off and the elevator stopped. She quickly held his two hands to his back and pushed him to the wall. Johan was shocked.
"Who are you?, and how did you know my name?....I knew you were suspicious, I know everyone who work in this company but you're a new face and I'm the only new employee. Did Lydia let you in because you're handsome?....and are you the one behind the black out?...you planned this all along. Oh guys, they would do anything to get a lady's attention, you've got the wrong lady today, you'll regret coming after me. " Hannah said and put her left hand in her bag to bring out her phone but Johan used the opportunity to overpower her, held her two hands above her head to the wall.
"Geez, it's so dark. I can't see anything" Johan said, Hannah tried to remove her hand but couldn't.
"Can we sort this out when the lights are on?" Johan said.
"What if you try something stupid before then?" Hannah asked, Johan smirked.
"I don't touch a woman without her permission so don't worry" Johan said. Hannah kept quiet for five seconds, she realized he was so close that she could hear his breath.
"Why are you so close?" She asked gently. Johan didn't say anything for five seconds, his heart beating very fast.
"Are you truly Hannah Edwards?" He asked.
"I thought you already knew my name" Hannah said. Johan gently touched her face with his right hand. Hannah froze. From her cheeks, he touched her eyes, then her nose and slowly to her lips, he removed his hand immediately.
"I'm sorry, I..i got carried away" Johan apologized. Hannah kept quiet. Johan noticed she was calm and he already acted against his words, he released her hands. Just then, the elevator shook, Hannah pushed him but Johan held her right hand and before they knew it, they fell on the floor, Hannah's body on his and her lips on his lips. The lights came on and the elevator door opened. Everyone who saw them gapsed. Hannah stood up immediately and looked at the eyes staring at her, Johan stood up, trying to adjust his shirt. In anger, Hannah looked at him and her right hand landed on his face.
Everyone gapsed. Hannah left the elevator after bowing at the employees and went towards the C.E.O's office. She angrily dropped her bag on the table. She cleaned the tears in her eyes with her handkerchief and sat down.
"What would the other workers think of me now?. On my first day of work, I got caught kissing a guy in the elevator. What would I tell the new C.E.O when he hears what happens from the mouth of everyone?" Hannah asked.
"What can I do?...oh why would something like this happen on my first day?" Hannah said and stood up, thinking of what to do, then she saw the scattered files on the C.E.O's table.
"I have to give a good first impression" she said and sighed.
"I shouldn't have slapped him, I should have arrested him so he can rot in jail for spoiling my day" she said and walked to the C.E.O's table to arrange the files. The door opened, Hannah quickly smiled to welcome the person entering but frowned when she saw Johan.
She opened her mouth to speak but closed it when she saw the Managing Director. She bowed.
"Good morning sir" Hannah greeted, smiling.
"It would have been a good morning if you hadn't slapped the new C.E.O" Mr Godfrey said. Hannah frowned as she looked at Johan, then to Mr Godfrey, then to Johan. She gapsed.
*The new what?!!* She screamed in her head.
