"Good evening, Mr. Smith," Juliet greeted hesitantly. "What's going on? Why is it so quiet here?" she added. "Miss Juliet, where have you been?" Mr. Smith asked with evident curiosity. "What happened to your phone? What happened to you?" "I was in an accident; I lost my phone during the accident," Juliet replied. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. How are you now?" Mr. Smith asked genuinely concerned. "I'm better," Juliet responded with a shrug. "According to the doctor, I just need some time to rest. Tell me though, is something wrong?" Mr. Smith then proceeded to share the unsettling truth. "Well, Miss Juliet, the real owner of this building returned to the city a few weeks ago. He decided to make use of the entire property and asked all tenants to evacuate." Juliet's eyes widened in shock, and her friend gasped in disbelief. "Real owner? Evacuate?" she stammered. Mr. Smith nodded sympathetically. "I understand this has been sudden, but all the other tenants have already left. You're the last one here." Juliet's mind raced as she processed the situation.
