Chapter 1 Promise

Megha

"Kalyani, here is the order." Megha put plaits in front of her best friend Kalyani.

"That customer wants you to serve this desert to him." Kalyani told Megha with a troubled smile.

"Me? But why?" Megha asked in confusion.

"I don't but that old man is the richest man. Maybe he was impressed by your food. That's why he wants to meet you." Kalyani said cheerfully.

Earlier, no customer ever wished to meet the safe. Megha has completed six months working as a safe in this restaurant. In these six months, no customer had expressed any desire to meet Megha. Everyone used to praise his Indian food but no one wanted to see him. Today for the first time someone has expressed this wish, so it is a big deal for Megha.

"He is one of the most respected men in our country, Megha. He had many up class hotels in his arms. But he still chose to eat here. And it's very beneficial for our restaurant. Please, and impress him." Mark the restaurant owner said with a nervous face.

"Ok, if you say so." Megha didn't think too much, just picked up the plate and walked to Private room.

"Excuse me." She knocked before stepping inside with a professional smile on her face.

She continued to look down as she walked to the table. She didn't want to see his face often.

"Here is your dish sir. I hope to enjoy it." Megha said as she put down the plate on the table and stepped back very elegantly. Next thing she heard was the sound of a spoon.

"Mmm... Same as I tested in your small restaurant in India." Old heavy voice rang in a quiet room.

Megha's eyes widened in shock as she heard that voice again in her life. She looks up at people enjoying dessert.

"Mr Smith..." Megha said in a shocking tone.

"If I'm not wrong, but told you to call me grandpa back there." Old man said as he kept eating.

"I'm sorry. I forget...." Megha said.

"You are my granddaughter-in-law. How can you forget your relationship with me? Don't tell me you forgot your other relationship too?" Old man snapped at him in anger.

Megha didn't say the words. But hearing the old man's voice, Mark and Kalyani run inside.

"Mr Smith, is there something wrong with the food?" Mark asked nervously.

"Megha. tum ho?(Are you all right?)" Kalyani asked Megha.

"Mene use abhi tak kuch bhi nahi kha(I didn't say anything to her yet.)" Old man said as he put down the spoon.

"Megha..."

"Mr Smith, I apologize if Megha did something." Mark bows to Old man as he figures out something wrong with Megha and Old man.

"Wrong? Yes, she did. Megha, did you want to tell him?"

"Grandpa, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to disrespect you by calling you by your name. But I was surprised to see you here."

"You do not disrespect me, you are breaking my promise to your grandfather." Old man said calmly.

"Grandpa, I'm sorry if you feel bad seeing me here doing things like this." Megha wanted to say.

"Wrong thing, Megha! I don't mind you working here. I feel bad that you are still working here. I married you to my grandson so that I could give mine to your grandfather." Fulfill the promise and give you a good life which you deserve. But even after marriage you are doing the same thing even after coming here. I came to know that you are living alone at her house. And my grandson is having fun. He is doing debauchery with women in his other house. I am feeling bad about this. You did not tell me anything. I am feeling bad about this. You are still considering me as a stranger. I feel bad about this. Have been." Old Mann's voice finally went berserk.

"Grandpa, I didn't mean to make you feel bad. But I had to do something to raise my son."

"Doesn't my grandson give you money for expenses?"

"It's not about the money."

"So what's the matter? How will I know if you don't tell me your problem?"

"They..."

"You two go out. I have some personal talk with my daughter-in-law." Old Man told Mark and Kalyani.

"All right." Mark said and he went out with Kalyani.

"Sit down and tell me the whole thing." Old Man said in a commanding voice.

"It's very clear, Grandpa. You know your grandson. He didn't want this marriage. He married me because of your coercion. But you forgot one thing: I have a five year old daughter and I am a divorcee. Woman. Who would marry such a woman? Who would want that his wife is already missing with someone else's child. Your grandson is right. He doesn't want a second hand wife like me. He doesn't want to marry at all. It was you who was blackmailing her by taking business, that's why she got married."

"You don't take her side. I had to bring her on the right path, that's why I got her married. But I didn't know that you would also take her side."

"I am not taking any side. All I am saying is that your grandson's world and mine are different. You should have married a girl of his age. A clumsy, poor and divorced woman like me. No. You made a mistake."

"I didn't do anything wrong. You don't know my grandson. If I didn't get him married in time, he would have been in a lot of trouble."

"What trouble?"

Old Man took a deep breath.

"It is better if the matter remains between us. Because now what I am going to tell you, no one knows except me and one of his friends."

"So why are you telling me?"

"Because you are his wife. And now the time has come for you to fulfill your duty of being a wife." Old Man said gravely.

Megha wanted to refuse. But she could not refuse Mr. Smith. Who came to help him like an angel. If Mr Smith had not come on time, she would have been sold in the market by now. Due to his father's gambling addiction, Megha's family had a lot of debt. Megha's husband also went after some rich woman. He didn't even think of his daughter.

Now in the life of just two and a half, only his younger brother, a mother and his five year old daughter were everything. After the death of his father, loan seekers used to harass Megha and his family. Because of that, Megha sold his ancestral house so that some debt could be repaid. Megha used to work as a cook in a small restaurant only to pay off the rest of the loan.

But as soon as Megha felt that his troubles were reducing. At the same time a problem named Raka came to the fore. Megha's father had taken a huge loan from him. And Raka wanted to marry Dhaani in exchange for the loan. Megha was not able to understand how to avoid the trouble named Raka. That's why Mr Smith came to Megha's house in search of her. Megha did not recognize Mr Smith at first. But then Mr Smith showed his photo along with Megha's Grandpa's letter.

Mr Smith paid off all the debts of Megha and got Megha married to his grandson. Because of Mr Smith, Megha never does anything for anything. That's why she got married for the future of her daughter.

But as soon as she stepped into her husband's house. Her husband clearly said that she got married under pressure. He does not accept this Shafi. But because of Grandpa, he gave him that house to stay. And he started living in his second flat. It is not that her husband does not give money to Megha. Rather, he has given Dhaani a gold card with five million dollars, so that Dhaani never needs to work. But Megha is a self-centered woman who believes in spending only the money she earns on her own. That's why she never touched a single penny given by her husband. As much as Megha needed to bring up her daughter, she used to earn that much. But still he had to make his daughter study well in school. But due to lack of money, she used to go to school cheaply.

At the same place, Megha has to send some money to his country for his brother and mother. Even after coming to another country, she does the same work by which she gets happiness and money. Her husband never asked about her condition. He just puts some amount in Megha's account every month. Even when filling the ration for the month, only then alone he consoles himself that Megha is still alive. The rest, like his boss, just does his work and goes away. Megha also did not talk much to him. She was just passing the day like that.

But as Megha knows that trouble will knock on his door sooner or later, today the same thing happened. Mr Smith came to know about Megha's condition and has now come here to meet him.

Mr Smith calmly started telling Megha the important secret about her husband, due to which she would have to remain in this meaningless marriage forever.

"So what do you want now?" asked Megha at last.

"I want you to start asserting your right to be my grandson's wife now."

"And how will all this happen? I don't have to see your grandson, so I don't know where he lives. This is not my country, otherwise I would have found him. But this is a foreign country. I know more places than going home. No."

"You don't need to worry about him. It is my job to send him to you. But take care of one thing, my grandson should not know what I told you."

"Fine as you say."

"Promise me." Having said this, Old Mann extended his palm.

"What promise?"

"That you will do your duty as a wife and give me the privilege of being Great Grandpa once more." Mr Smith said, taking Megha's hand in his.

"Great Grandpa? You mean?" Megha's eyes widened with disbelief.

"Ha, you heard right. You have to give birth to my grandson's child. Now tell me. Will you fulfill this wish of mine?"

"I... I..." Megha didn't find the words to reply.

"Megha, I know it's hard for you to give yourself to someone else. But just think about this, he is your current husband. And he had the right to be a father."

"I know...." Megha looks down at her finger as she accepts.

"I'm waiting for your answer. Once you make him fall in love with you and have a baby with him. He will definitely change." Old man said in a hopeful tone.

"I... I promise! I'll try my best to do my duty as wife." Megha put hand on the old man's palm.

"Thank you, my child. God blessed you with a happy family." Old man patters on her forehead with a gentle touch.

"Grandpa, I want one promise from you too."

"Tell me what did you want?"

"If... If the relationship between Him and I didn't change in one year. I want you to help me get divorce."

"So you are really planning to divorce my grandson."

"Yes, I am because the way we are living now can't change anything. I don't want him to be tied to me his whole life. If he finds someone better. I want him don't think of our relationship as a burden. I just want to live peacefully."

"Okay. I promise to you if your relationship with him doesn't change ill prepared divorce papers for you."

"Thank you, grandpa." Megha gives him a calm smile.

"Now go back to your work. I'm leaving, make sure you make something sweet in my house when you come to visit me." Old man said and smiled gently.

"Okay, grandpa." Megha stands up and bow to him before she walks out of the family room.

For as long as Emily can remember, she has wanted to overcome her shyness and explore her sexuality. Still, everything changes when she receives an invitation to visit one of the town's most prestigious BDSM clubs, DESIRE'S DEN. On the day she chose to peruse the club, she noticed three men, all dressed in suits, standing on the upper level, near the railing. Despite her limited vision, she persisted in fixating on them. Their towering statues belied the toned bodies concealed by their sharply tailored suits-or so she could tell. The hair of two of them was short and dark, and the third had light brown-possibly blond-hair that reached the shoulders. The dark, crimson background incised their figures, exuding an air of mystery and strength. They stood in stark contrast to the unfiltered, primal energy that pulsed through the club. Shocked by the desires these men aroused in her, she was disappointed to learn that they were masters seeking a slave to divide and conquer. She couldn't afford the fee, and she also realized that they were outside her league. Emily hurriedly left the club, feeling disappointed and depressed, unaware that she had also caught the group's attention. A world of wicked pleasure, three handsome men. Over the years, they have lived a life of decadence, their lavish lair serving as a stage for their most sinister desires. But despite the unending parade of willing subjects, one woman sticks out. A mysterious stranger with white porcelain skin and a killer body, a slave, a name with no address, the first lady to attract their eye and they will go to any length to obtain her no matter the consequences.
