Chapter 1 Meeting Again
Ding, ding, ding, the alarm wake Emily from her slumber, she jump up immediately 'yawning' checking the time "oh am almost late for the interview, she quickly run her bath and dress up.
She run down stair and saw her friend Jenny making breakfast, she greeted "good morning babe" Jenny look back from what she is doing "good morning dear wait for breakfast" she pick her bag hurriedly "no Jenny I can't afford to be late for the interview" running outside, Jenny roll her eyes "interview is 1 hour to go what's the rush" Emily rush to the subway waiting for a bus, thinking in her mind 'i can't afford to take a taxi now I have to save for my mom's surgery'. A bus stop and she hop in, getting to the company she went straight to the receptionist "Hi I am Emily Brown I came for an interview" the receptionist look up at her she answered rudely, pointing to a bench " sit down there and wait or u want to stand on top me" she leave her front and walk to the bench, rolling her eyes "what a rude bitch".
She has been sitting for an hour and nobody showed up for the interview, feeling hungry and tired she decided to ask the reception lady. walking up to her "when will the interview started" the lady look at her and check the time "the interviewer ll be here soon" signing, she went back to sit. 30 mins later her stomach start making funny sound "I have to get something to eat she stand up to go to a nearby restaurant, she stumbled at the entrance and fall on someone, trying to get her balance "oh I am sorry I..." She look up and with the most handsome and charming man 'Elmond Grey' her elementary and college classmate, she can never forget that that manly and well featured handsome face.
