Chapter 1 I NEED TO GET HER A NANNY
Kendra sighed tiredly as she continued walking under the heavy sun, for sure she's was gonna get sun burn .
She increased her pace till she finally reached Ruzi bar and foods where she works . Kendra rushed into the restaurant lucky for her madam Ruzi isn't around ,some workers were already serving the customers so the place was very busy with lots of activities.
She walked to the back of the where all the workers change and put on her apron and working hat. She walked to the counter where's she stays, Ethan her friend who also works there walked to her with a frown on his face
"Hey Ethan" Kendra greeted counting the cash
"Hey endra" he replied still frowning
"What's up with the frowny face ?" she asked looking up from what she was doing
"Your late again for the 5th Time this week" Ethan said leaning on the counter
"Yeah I has a lot of work at the mall and I had to walk all the way here" she smiled sadly
"Oh endra, I told you to quite some of your jobs the load is too much for you, do you wanna break down" Ethan muttered staring at her with concern
"Am fine, I just have to save up money for Lisa's college and other expenses" she said making Ethan scoff
"Take a look at yourself, you're now thin, you don't have much clothes , your house rent ..." Ethan mumbled
"Shuu, it okay I promise to quite one of my job" she smiled
"Okay, I gotta go to, table 4 needs to be attended to" he Pecked her cheek before walking off
"I need to look for more jobs to save up for lisa" she thought inwardly
Her thinking was cut short as her phone ringed ,she looked at the caller ID and it was Lisa . Kendra swiped the green button
"Hey Lisa how's school" Kendra said cheerfully
"Um not that good" Lisa replied
"Why"
"We have lots of practicals which costs lot of money" Lisa said
"Oh how much ?" Kendra asked
"$100" lisa muttered making Kendra gasped
"Okay I'll find a way and send it" she said ending the call
Kendra stared at her account balance sadly, this was the money she's been saving up for her rent , she sighed as she transferred it into Lisa's account

Lisa smiled staring at the transfer alert from her big sister kendra, but the smile didn't last as the number she Dreaded most started calling ,she picked at the second ring
"Send me the money or you know the rest" the caller said before ending the call

The view of the landmark resident at night could be what you call heaven on Earth, hundreds of lights shining outside, a big pool at the middle of the compound ,the parking lots filled with different brands of cars
Everywhere speaks of wealth and money , inside the mansion little Morgan could be seen staring at the entrance door with expectation in her eyes
Lots of maids surrounding her with a worried look on their faces
"Morgan I think your daddy is coming late let's go to bed" one of the maid Suzy said trying to carry her
"let go of me I'll wait for daddy till he comes" Morgan said in her tiny voice
She held the bowl of popcorn tightly as she stared at the already warm juice which she kept for their Friday movie night
The entrance door slowly opened and Scott walked in holding his brife case
His face was a perfect description of perfect from his tall, brooding figure with piercing eyes and chiseled features, exuding confidence and power
The maids bowed before exiting the living room leaving the father and daughter .
Morgan rushed to Scott hugging his, her small hands rapped firmly around his waist
"Dad you missed movie night again" she cried
"Oh princess am sorry okay, daddy had lot of work to do at the office" Scott said stroking her hair. he lifted her off her feet as he pat her gently
"Why do you hate me daddy" Morgan mumbled softly before drifting off to sleep
Scott climbed the stairs heading to her room which was painted and decorated with pink because her favorite cartoon was Barbie
He dropped her on her bed before covering her with her thick blanket .
Scott kissed her forehead , he turned off the lights before exiting the room
"I need to get her a nanny" he mumbled to himself .
