Episode One

WINIFRED’S POV

“What’s taking you so long Nelly?” I asked with a frown on my face. I’m standing outside the coffee shop and I’ve been waiting for almost an hour now, I love nelly so much and I would do anything for her and she knows that. I prefer being open with Nelly than Bianca and Stella. ‘The Elite’ is the name of the coffee shop, they sell toasted bread, delicious cookies and ice cream too. This is the only coffee shop that’s close to my school, Nelly and I like it so much cause they’ve the best ice cream and smoothie here.

I’d lost my patience already so I angrily opened the car door and walked out, I didn’t notice anyone walking towards my direction so we both bumped into each other. I was holding a water bottle in my hand earlier and it was still open, was going to drink it later but I kind of forgot. He just froze not uttering a single word for a while. I dropped the water bottle in a trash can and ran back to meet him, he was trying to clean his shirt but it seems the wet area was so obvious. “I’m really sorry.”I apologized.

He finally raised up his head up to look at me properly, I had a clear view of is face now and I’d to admit that I’ve never seen any guy as good looking as this young man standing infront of me. The smile on my face turned into a frown when I saw the angry look on his face.

“You bumped into me and all you could say was sorry, who do you think you’re?”He spat.

I twitched my brows and just stared at him in shock, “Young Man are you deaf or dumb?.”I asked.

“And what’s that supposed to mean? “He asked back with a confused look on his face. 

“It’s just a simple question”I corrected and he just walked closer to me.

“Don’t think you’re so smart high school girl, look at what you did to my shirt. I just got it today.”

I scoffed. “So what if you bought them today? I apologized didn’t I? What more do you want from me hah?.”

“A lot of questions at once, you sure do talk a lot”He drawled and itched his eye brows.

“Here you go. I’m sorry”I apologized again, finally letting go of my pride. Today has to be a good day no matter what. I stretched my right hand towards him, my small white towel was in that hand. He took a step back and stared at the towel in my hand.

“What do you want to do with that?”He asked with a disgusted tone.

“To clean the wet Area- what else?”I answered with another question.

“You wanna use that dirty and germ infested towel to clean my cloth.”

“What’s your problem? Okay fine, I’ll pay for the shirt”I offered. He just laughed hard.

“Can you afford this or do you think you’re richer than I’m?.”He Roared and I flinched. I frowned and stood at akimbo.

“And what makes you think I can’t afford this?”I questioned.

“What’s going on here?”Nelly asked,well I’d already seen her coming from a distance. Just a few more steps and she was finally standing in front of us, I took one of the smoothie in her hand and walked closer to his car and without thinking twice, I emptied all it’s contents on the front of is car. Nelly just watched the everything with her mouth wide open. 

He glared at me with his blood shot red eyes and bit is lower lip out of frustration, he walked closer to the front of his car and half of it was covered with smoothie. He sighed and looked away before he glared at me. “Who the fuck! Are you?”He asked, not taking his eyes off me.

I scoffed and walked majestically to where to he stood. I rested both hands on my waist and raised up my head to have a clear view of his face. “And who’re you t ask me that question hah?!”I asked back ,he just stared at me in disbelief.

“Look here sugar queen…the next next time you would say something like this, I won’t be so forgiving. Witch!”He warned.

“Do you know who I’m Romeo? And all of your little threats don’t scare me.”

“Girl like you aren’t fit to be in this world”He grumbled before looking away.

“How do you feel after saying that? You know I barely know you but still, I hate you so much and you just ruined half of my day”I spat. I was so angry so I used my purse to hit his chest. He dragged the purse from my hand and used it to clean the smoothie stains on his car, he looked at one last time before throwing the purse on the dirt floor. I just watched him awe.

“And sorry to burst your bubbles but you’re a pretty girl with no brain, girls like you Irritate me so much!”

“and guys like you Irritate me too, pray we don’t meet again cause it wouldn’t be good for the both of us if we did”I stared at my purse on the floor and it was stained with the contents of the smoothie I was holding earlier.

“But he is kinda cute”A voice said in my head. “Not now girlish thoughts”I exclaimed before walking away. Nelly just ran after me.

“What was that all about?”she asked me from a distance but I just ignored her.
