After getting drunk she decides to go home but bumps into strange dangerous men who attack her but before she loses consciousness the last thing she sees is a pair of green emerald eyes like spellbinding lode stars. Days later at college, she collides with someone upon gazing at him, she finds him familiar, it is him the green-eyed guy but unknown to her she just got into a war. A war that started years ago with her father the powerful, feared, popular, ruthless Mafia Don Vladivostok Konstantin Kostya.

Chapter 1 Green-Eyed Man!

Alyona

"I fucking hate you, Greg!" I mumbled gulping down the remaining content of the glass. I smiled bitterly remembering how much of a fool I've been. The writings on the wall were clear but I was way too blinded by love to see it. My eyes darted around the room whose light was dim, music playing loudly, and people smiling, dancing, and chatting but here I was burning with pain. It felt as if my heart had been pierced with a million thorns.

Every single member of my family warned me but I didn't listen. Even my betrayal of a friend who I caught sleeping with my boyfriend Greg but I was too foolish to listen.

I let out a breath, I was done, I was done crying over a crazy fucking motherfucker who didn't give a damn about me. It was a good thing I broke up with his fake sorry ass. I had gone to Greg's apartment because he didn't show up at college, and didn't pick up any of my calls or reply to any of my messages for some days. I got there only to find him banging my best friend while saying stupid things about me. How he planned to dump me after I agreed to have sex with him and when they did see me, he tried to fake remorse but Alice didn't even try, all she said was that it was good that I found out at least now I was going to stop forcing myself on her boyfriend. I thought about giving both of them a beating but kicked against it, they weren't worth my time.

"Another bottle," I muttered to the waiter in front of me but he didn't do or say anything, he just stared at me with pity which I hated.

"Didn't you hear me?" I questioned raising my voice.

"Ma'am, you've had a lot to drink already, I think you should go home or perhaps call someone to come pick you up," the waiter mumbled lowly.

"Are you fucking serious? Do you get paid to try to babysit customers? You know what I'm done listening to your bullcrap and shit, I'm going to leave." I yelled standing to my feet. I noticed I had drawn the attention of others when I saw them looking in our direction but I didn't care. Reaching into my trousers pocket I took the money in it and handed it to the waiter.

"What?" I glared at him when I saw his eyes widen in surprise.

"Ma'am this is a lot. It's more than what you drank."

I nodded, "I know, keep the rest. You are right I should get home now. Bye."

With that, I turned around and sauntered away before he could say another word.

My parents were going to be dead worried about me, and my brother as well. I knew by now my dad must have informed our extended family that I wasn't home yet. I could only hope that Sophia my cousin was yet to say anything about my breakup with Greg to anyone since she was the only one who I told about it. I wasn't going to tell them about it at least not yet.

"Hey beautiful," A man mumbled stopping in front of me abruptly making me stagger backwards. I was far away from the bar, I had taken a secluded route. I didn't feel like taking a cab I thought it was going to be best if I walked home.

I ignored him and made to turn in the other way but he grabbed my wrist pulling me to him.

"You don't walk out on me beautiful," he smiled showing his set of yellowish teeth which had one missing.

"Let go of me this minute," I mumbled in a soft tone clenching my fist.

"So fierce, I like that. What if I don't?" he cackled taking steps to me.

I sighed shaking my head, "then it would be a pity."

Rearing my fist I punched him hard in the face and then pulled my wrist from his grip. His palm touched his face and his eyes narrowed. I guess he was in shock maybe he hadn't expected me to punch him.

A lewd smile plastered on his lips.

"You just made me more interested lady."

"Really," I arched my brows.

He rushed at me, just as he was about to hit me I bent backwards and he fell to the ground.

"How dare you!" he raged through gritted teeth standing to his feet.

Before I knew it he clutched my hair which was in a ponytail pulling me backwards, and then he caged me against a wall before letting go of my hair. I kicked him in the groin and he fell to the floor.

"For a lady, you have too much strength," he said groaning in pain.

I chortled, "And for a man, you've got very weak stamina."

"Have a good night mister," I uttered as I packed my hair.

I was a few feet away from the man when I heard him whistle and two men appeared in front of me.

"Shit!" I should have expected this. This was probably an ambush but I had to face it.

"Never let your enemies see the fear in your eyes," I closed my eyes reminiscing my brother Adonis's words. Adonis was my older brother he taught me how to fight and he was a great coach. He started to teach me when I turned seven our mom was against it since she thought there was no need for me to learn how to combat but our dad persuaded her giving her reasons why I had to learn.

My eyes wrenched open and I threw my fist in the air, a smirk embraced my lips as I saw one of the men in front of me lose his balance. My fist collided with his face. The other man glared at me and before I could do anything he slapped me in the face.

I laughed bitterly before surging at him and then I kicked him. He groaned in pain as he fell to the ground.

"Let go of me," I barked as two of the men grabbed both my arms tightly.

"You've done enough, it's time we teach you a lesson," they snickered.

"Let go of her," a deep husky voice filled my ears making me veer in the direction the voice came from.

"Ah," I winced holding my head with both hands as something hit my head. I expected to fall to the ground but a pair of hands wrapped around me firmly. I stared at the hands, on the back of the right hand was a scar that was crescent-shaped. I managed to lift my head, The man was wearing a black hoodie and a black mask. I found myself drowning in his pair of emerald green eyes that shone like spellbinding lode stars before everything faded, and I lost consciousness.
