Elena likes her best friend, a man named Delon. Every day, she listens to Delon's complaints. But one thing Delon doesn't tell Elena is about the criteria of the girl Delon loves. That's what makes Elena feel like a friend but not like a friend who is easily open with any problem. Until one day, Elena saw for herself that Delon had a dark side. What dark side did Elena mean that she chose to stay away from Delon and move on to a rich CEO?

Chapter 1 Annoying Man!

In a shoe company called YDS (Your Dream Shoes) there was a man with a not too tall body, with a beautiful face. He was wearing a dark blue office suit and a white shirt underneath, as well as a tie with a striated pattern. He was reading the report file that had just been given by the staff. Suddenly, something from behind startled him.

"DOR!"

The man's shoulders squared up and looked to see who the culprit was that had startled him.

"Seriously, are you checking something? Shouldn't all the reports be finished by this break time?" It was the voice of the girl who had been his friend for a long time.

"Tsk! Elena... Elena, it's not that easy to check the company reports one by one. What do you think my eyes are 10?"

"Who said your eyes are 10? I still don't see two eyes," Elena quipped.

"Hahaha what the hell? You're talking about something unimportant. Let's go!"

"Where to?"

"Yes, lunch, it's already break time," Delon said while looking at his watch.

"LET'S GO!"

.

They arrived at the cafeteria and started talking to each other about either work or the future.

"Elena, do you have plans to go on a vacation? I'm tired of doing paperwork all day. Leaving at 6am and returning at 11pm. When I get home, I go straight to bed and work again the next day. I feel like there's no me time. Well, do you have any plans? If there is, we'll gas it, if not, I want to invite my male friends to hang out," Delon suddenly told Elena at length.

"I'd love to, but as you mentioned, it's hard to organize the time. My female friends also have a hard time dividing their time between work and healing. I also don't want you to keep doing this, I'm tired,"

"Why don't we both go to the fruit farm? Would you like that?" Delon offered. As if getting a green light, Elena nodded her head in agreement.

"Want! Let's schedule it quickly!"

"But..."

Before she could continue her sentence, suddenly a girl came from behind them, startling them both.

"HOY!"

"ASTAGA!" Delon and Elena said simultaneously. Shocked to the point that both of their shoulders were shaking.

"Geez, Syerila!" Elena was annoyed.

"Hehehe, what were you planning to do? How come I wasn't invited..."

"Yes, they're together all the time, everything is together. Why don't you guys just go out?" Teased the other gados, Lily.

"Tsk! What the hell are you guys, for me, friends are friends. You guys are the same, right? Here, I'm a coworker, outside, I'm a friend. We won't have anything," Delon said.

DEG!

'How come it hurts, why does Delon have to say that?" Elena thought, and her face immediately turned sad.

"Hahaha, usually if you're evasive, you'll end up with a mate, let's just wait until they're really together, hahahaha," Syerilla replied.

"No, Delon and I are... friends," Elena said with a forced smile. But for Delon it was normal and natural. He even put his arm around Elena's shoulders with pride and a big smile.

"Come on, let's eat, why are you talking about things that don't really matter? If you really want to come, yaikut aja. You might as well bring your girlfriends. I'll bring my male friends too. Is that okay, Elena?" Delon asked.

"I... yes, it's okay..." Elena was forced to agree.

"Yeayyy!" Lily and Syerilla cheered happily.

"Well, let's order some food first, bye!" Lily said. After they had eaten, Elena checked with Delon again.

"Delon, are you sure you want to invite them?"

"Sure, why not? You don't like it when I bring my friends?"

"It's not that, it's just..."

"Never mind, Elena. It's fine, relax... my friends are all nice,"

"Okay."

"Oh yeah Delon, can I ask you something?"

"Haven't we been talking to each other? You ask, I answer, haha,"

"Delon I'm serious. What type of girl do you like?"

"Hmmm... what is it? I haven't thought about it yet. All I have in my brain is working and sleeping, hahaha,"

"Delon, can you not laugh first, answer me,"

"Hmm... I like girls who are feminine, have fair skin towards white, a sweet smile, and..." Delon deliberately paused his sentence.

"What?"

"How curious are you? Hahahahaha,"

PLAK!

A pat was received on the shoulder of Delon who was still wearing the office suit.

"Tsk! You're so used to it," Elena was annoyed. She folded her arms across her chest.

_

The day went by so fast, it was a Sunday where both Elena and Delon were off work. They were more concerned with vacationing at one of the orchard tours.

"I'll buy you a drink on the other side," Delon said. Elena nodded with a smile that didn't fade from her face.

"Yes, take care, Delon,"

"Ready!"

When Delon left, Elena wanted to sit on a chair near the mango tree. But her wish was dashed because as she was about to walk there while playing with her cell phone, Elena accidentally bumped into the shoulder of a tall man wearing a white t-shirt, a long blue shirt, and denim jeans who was still in confusion because he received a call from his coworker who said the company's turnover had decreased.

"What? Try checking all the data of our company again, tomorrow we have overtime for all ... AW!" Before he could continue his sentence, the man immediately looked back because his shoulder accidentally bumped into a girl with black hair that was slicked back, a colat-colored sling bag, and a dark green shirt.

"When you walk, use your eyes! You don't have to bump into everything!" Said Elena, the long-haired girl who was scolding the man. Elena walked closer while pointing at the person she had hit. The man rolled his eyes lazily before answering.

"Me? You hit me, you should introspect yourself and not immediately blame someone you don't know like this," the man replied casually while straightening his shirt.

"How dare you answer me!"

"You should have apologized to me! You were wrong!" Said Elena who still didn't accept it and wanted to slap the man. When the girl's hand was about to hit the man's cheek, the man's hand was swift to hold Elena's hand so that the girl's hand would not stick to the man's cheek.

"If you think you're the most righteous, then look away. You should be the one apologizing, not me." The man replied and then left

"Tsk! Why isn't Delon coming back soon anyway? I'm going to meet a strange man like that, Isssh! I'm going to go crazy!" Elena stomped her foot.
